I booked my cruise through iglu And seren who acted as my agent was very thorough. She explained the cabins which deck there were on And was very informative about each question I asked. Although I forgot to ask about car parking at the docks. When I rang back I spoke to another agent. He also was very helpful in sorting my parking out.all be it on board spend was reduced.
