I had done quite a lot of research myself, so was in a better position to offer my requirements to Jon and Luke, both of whom were easily able to confirm they could book exactly what I wanted. This was done very quickly, and I received confirmation and full details of my booking within the hour. I have used Iglu cruises for several years now and always found them to be very cooperative and efficient. I'm not an easy customer!
