I have never been on a cruise before so I was nervous about booking one, especially as I am a lone traveller. Rhys was an amazing help, putting my mind at rest and guiding me through the entire booking process and explaining to me what to expect. He was brilliant at advising me about the things that I was nervous about like booking a nearby hotel and the car parking whilst I am away. The website is easy to navigate although I had problems booking - mind, I’m glad that I did have trouble because at that point I was almost going to forget the whole idea and may have lost my nerve had I not spoken to Rhys.
