We booked a cruise online on a Saturday night. Due to a few technical issues on Iglu site our money was taken but the cruise wasn’t confirmed by e mail although the app said we had been successful. In fact e mails received suggested the transaction hadn’t been completed which was disconcerting. Eventually, after speaking to a number of sales/customer services employees we spoke to someone who said she would look into it on Monday morning. This person sorted the matter and our cruise is booked! My experience suggests it is best to book over the phone at weekends. The small discount offered online isn’t worth the hassle. Our cruise was short notice and much needed so the stress of thinking we had lost it wasn’t great!! All’s well that ends well.
