it took almost 20 minutes for the phone to be answered. ( I think Iglu really need to address this issue as people are ringing to book expensive cruises and should not have to wait this long to speak to someone!) However once I got through Dan was wonderful, he was helpful and gave us good suggestions regarding cabin locations and explained everything clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel confident in making a booking with Iglu.
