Well, after some difficulties with the availability of our cruise cabin, and NCL closing their bookings for the Autumn Season to Alaska, we (or rather Laura from IGLU) managed to get booked, on a different cruise, but one which was slightly better! Agent Laura was extremely helpful and diligent to our requirements, and went beyond our expectations by working in the background and contacting us when she'd found an availability.
