Very easy site to use. After booking I realised I had made a mistake. I emailed the team and received a prompt reply and I was advised a call would fix this. After explaining my issue, Flora changed everything over for me, explaining each part of the process clearly. Throughout the call she was knowledgeable, considerate and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Booking online can be very impersonal, however, once I called Iglu, for me this was just like going into my local travel agent and discussing my options.
