Phoned and got through to a nice man called Kyle. I told him roughly what I wanted and he tried his best to get me a similar deal to what we had last year. I didn’t feel pressured to book immediately and had time to think about it and discuss with the other members of our family that were also coming. Changed original plan a bit and Kyle was very patient.
