Bit of a long wait on hold for the call to be taken but I was expecting this as I phone at peak time. Once through to an Iglu rep the service was (as always) excellent. I cannot find a singe fault with this company for booking cruises and have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation - if you wish to book a criuse.
