I experienced a difficulty booking on line so rang for assistance. Derek was extremely helpful. At the end of the conversation he could not hear me, but continued with giving me details. A little while later he called me back to check I had heard him. The whole process was quick and easy. Was a pleasure dealing with a most pleasant gentleman.
