I rang to make a booking and the agent was very helpful and listened to all my requests. I knew exactly what I wanted and more importantly what I didn't want and he fully understood and worked through every aspect. When he didn't know the answer to a specific non cruise related part of the booking he asked colleagues to get the answer.
