The agent I dealt with was called Jacob Harris. He made the whole process smooth and easy for me from consultation through to booking. This was despite us being quite complicated with a future cruise credit and military benefits to add on. He helped select the best room for us explaining his thoughts throughout. A really great service and I would recommend Iglu to friends based on my experience.
