I had the unenviable task of organizing a cruise for 4 couples, 3 of whom had not cruised before. I got a quote from iglu/ planet cruise and was waiting for the go ahead from all parties. Phoned and Katherine was able to process the booking and get the best possible deal. She was very pleasant , efficient and knowledgeable of the cruise booked. A very stress free process but helped by having all the passenger information written down and available .
