Had a great service, didn't feel pressured into booking straight away ,looked at different options for our flights and hotel stays when we asked to adjust the basic holiday that was on offer. Really impressed with having direct extension number for agent, not having to wait for ages to be put through to someone who doesn't know your requests. Well done jack lee
