I was rather dubious about using Iglu cruise as I’ve only ever booked through main cruise companies so had a lot of questions to ask . I spoke with Jacob who was amazing . He answered all my queries with a polite and honest reply . I respect honesty and authenticity over everything and with Jacob’s honesty I felt reassured I was making the right choice . People like Jacob are sadly a dying breed . He was polite , courteous , honest and also gave me space to listen . He is definitely an asset to the company .
