Spoke with Ian who was able to answer all my initial enquiries and questions. Gave me time to think about offer, provided me with his contact details - e mail, ext number etc. Rang me back at designated time, was extremely patient as I changed my booking a few times. Ian was Extremely polite and gave me excellent customer service.
