I requested a callback for 10am and received a call from Charlotte at Iglu bang on time. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and talked me through my options of flight times, even looking up the cost of an early morning independent train journey to Heathrow. I wanted to change my post cruise trip flight home day and this was easily sorted. A quick telephone call answered by Kay on a query was also clarified quickly. We are happy in the knowledge that our flights, overseas transfers, hotel and cruise package are all sorted and are now looking forward to our trip.
