We had to change our cruise to a different date, we chose a completely different cruise earlier in the year and Jess handled it with ease even though is was pretty complicated, well done Jess. We have used Iglu for the last 15 years and 6 cruises, and found them to be exactly as a travel agent should be, professional and easy to deal with.
