I was halfway through booking a cruise, then realised I needed to check a couple of things, so I stopped. Iglu sent an email to quote me, then Stewart phoned to check that they had done all I needed. Then he didn't bother me again, probably because I booked a different cruise. So just enough service to be useful, not so much as to be bothersome.
