Apart from always appearing to have the best prices for most cruises, I found the staff member I spoke to (Maddy) very well-informed about the ship I would be travelling on and able to provide advice on all the queries I had. She was so frieindly, answered all my queries and took her time to ensure I was happy with the selections made.
