Charlotte was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone and made the booking process very straightforward even though we were looking to book 3 separate staterooms on the same deck but with individual requirements. She costed up various options for us including location and was able to meet our exacting requests. She also carefully checked our names, dates of birth and any specific requirements as she progressed the booking for us. We were highly satisfied with her performance and this was a good example of excellent customer service.
