Had three different quotes and Iglu were the cheapest. Chloe the agent I spoke with, was absolutely brilliant. She put a detailed quote together and emailed it to me as we were talking. When I called back later that evening to book the cruise, after getting all three quotes, Chloe's extension number was busy. I left her a short message and she called me straight back as soon as she was free. It took a while to go through all four passengers details, but Chloe was extremely patient and double checked every detail and spelling at every step. All round excellent experience from start to finish.
