Easy website to navigate with plenty of options to narrow a search. When I rang for more information the advisor was really helpful and professional. No pressure and made me feel that my needs were important as an individual. I didn’t book the holiday on the first phone call but felt very comfortable to contact them again when I decided to book. Answered my questions with patience and was knowledgeable. Treated with respect and kindness so much appreciated.
