Gemma was very helpful and patience with me when booking my cruise. She found answers to all my questions, of which I had many, satisfying me that what I wanted was booked. This is the 6th cruise I have booked through Iglu and they have continued to provide an excellent customer service. Iglu will always be my first choice of travel agency for cruises.
