When the new Winter 26/27 cruise offerings started to come in I saw a good one for Dec26, which was being offered by Iglu, and decided to go with it. Then I found an equally good offering for Dec25 but which was better value direct with the cruise line. I had to forego the Dec26 cruise because it was out of timescale with the earlier one (it's best value to get annual insurance and run two cruises on one policy). Iglu were understanding and I thought it was a shame to have lost that good deal for Dec26, but then they offered me an even better deal for Nov26, which takes in the annual policy. Throughout, Iglu have been very understanding and helpful, and I will always look at their website first before I book any future cruises.
