Great customer service so far, Naomi was very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Various itineraries were explored. We added an extra 8 nights in a hotel of our choice after a 9 night cruise so we could spend some time with family members in Sydney. We are looking forward to what we hope is a stress free trip/cruise down under.
