IGLU is our ‘go-to’ travel agent now. We appreciate the ease of booking due to the very well laid-out website and booking process. Prices are usually better than we can get anywhere else and the range of cabins for cruises is usually very good. Although you probably don’t need to speak with a representative, it is always worth doing so, as they are very thorough and very helpful. This is how customer service should be ( and it doesn’t seem to matter who you talk to, they all seem to be very good)
