When originally contacted iglu cruises, I was dealing with James, I was in a bit of rush but he speedily went through everything I needed and understood my requirements, when I eventually got back in touch with iglu cruises a day later to confirm my booking I spoke to a different team member ( can't remember her name sorry ) who knew exactly what I wanted as James had already saved my cruise and personal details. Booking process was easy and effortlessly as I've booked through iglu on a few occasions, most of my details were on the system. Very happy with the price, experience, knowledge and friendly service of the advisor on the phone.
