I have been looking for a cruise for 2026 for a couple of three weeks now. I have already booked with igloo for next year for a cruise. After doing a bit of research on the ship, I went through online to book. kaitlin had already contacted me with regards another cruise and gave me information that was most helpful. Today she contact me again through email. I phoned her with regards to the cruise I had decided on and she very kindly helped me in choosing my cabin which I wanted near a lift. I have now booked with her exceptional help, Thoughtfulness and patience.Kaitlin,also being very polite and genuinely friendly. It would be so nice if more people could be like her!!!
