I dealt with Millie who was a breath of fresh air!! So cheerful and friendly but very knowledgeable and professional, I could have got the same cruise £70 odd cheaper with cruise 1st. But their staff were blunt and unfriendly and didn’t really seem to know much, so I chose to book because of this member of staff even though it was a little more expensive I felt I was receiving excellent customer care?iglu should be so pleased to have Millie working for their company a great asset!!
