We've not yet been on our trip, that's next year. However if it's anything like the booking process it will be fabulous! I entered minimal details into website; quickly got a call-back from Antony; explained we were wanting to extend our trip by a couple of nights...and approx 15 minutes later we had return flights, a night prior to the cruise, two on its return, all transfers - with a free balcony upgrade upgrade booked. All the confirmations and documentation came through as promised with no issues. Thanks Antony for a seamless booking process, your friendly yet confident demeanour is a real asset to Iglu and has left us feeling super-excited for our holiday.
