First time I have booked through Iglu and will certainly NOT be my last. I first spoke to DAISY UDY, who was very helpful , polite, professional and engaging ... 5* by any standard. I finally booked through a colleague of hers and he, too, was all of the above. Certainly a very positive first experience.
