We have never done a cruise before. Stephen, fro Iglu called me to discuss the cruise, and made me feel so much at ease. He went through everything professionally and politely, and even had a good laugh when I told him we were virgins to cruises. We are so looking forward to our first Caribbean cruise with a 2 night Miami stay. Thank you.
