Everything fine until the time came to refund our money for the cancelled cruise. They have delayed, stalled and frustrated over 700 customers that I know of. See Facebook - Iglund refund group. We are still waiting for OUR money after over 100 days days! The senior directors don't care about customers, only lining their pockets with interest on money that does not belong to them and paying themselves a nice monthly salary. ABTA have been of very little help...whats the point in having this as a benefit of booking when they seem not to care either!
