The rug looks great. Very soft & cosy too. I originally ordered a different one that didn’t suit the room. There was no problem with KUKOON to return it but after a few no-shows from the courier to collect the unwanted rug. They were quick to sort out a refund & apologise.
Delighted to order a new rug and the profits on that day go to a Gaza charity. Well done kukoon on great customer service & your solidarity with Palestine.
