I am a 59 year old professional who has always been slender and physically active but found that menopause and work responsibilities allowed a "creep" of weight gain over a period of about a year. I was 15 pounds over my usual weight and felt sluggish and chunky. MBT was so helpful with gentle consistency and support to re-align my eating habits. Even though I am in healthcare and "know better", I had lost track of a basic foundation of smart meal planning. I never felt deprived or hungry during the process.
