I'm enjoying this program. My focus has shifted more towards eating well and moving well...and not so much guilt associated with the number on the scale. Thanks for doing what you do. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

Yo-yo dieter here. For decades I would join one program or another, lose the weight and then spend the next couple of years gaining it all back, sometimes plus some. All the programs I tried were very effective at helping me lose the weight, but none of them gave me the tools to keep it off. Even though some of them said they did, they didn't really. It isn't as easy as just knowing what to do. This is where I found MyBodyTutor to be different. My coach worked with me not just to lose the weight, but to develop habits and thought processes and strategies to maintain it. So for the first time ever, I actually believe I won't re-gain the weight. I lost about 30 pounds over 6 months and highly recommend MyBodyTutor to literally anyone.

Before MyBodyTutor, I thought things were OK. I was physically active—running a few times each week, doing yoga weekly, lifting some weights, and riding my bike or walking to and from work. I live in New York City, so walking and standing are a regular part of my daily life. One day I thought to myself: "I’m putting in SO much work, I'm active, but I’m not SEEING any results when I look in the mirror." It was frustrating. In the past, I had been coached over the years on how to train, work out, and play certain sports, but I had never been coached on my nutrition. Truthfully, the dissatisfaction with my appearance, paired with what I had been told was an above average activity level, prompted me to learn more about nutrition through MyBodyTutor’s program. My wife’s colleague Ron joined MyBodyTutor after the death of a close friend. He had a lot of success with the program, so my wife suggested I join to learn more about nutrition. From Day-1, I was ready to learn what my tutor had to teach me. I had no doubt that it would help me. I started at 220 lbs in August 2024. Over a nine-month period, I lost 45 lbs and got down to 175 lbs, but I felt too thin. As of August 2025, I’ve maintained around 180 lbs for a year, and that’s a weight I’m comfortable with right now. For me, MyBodyTutor just opened my eyes to nutrition. It was the little lessons that made the biggest difference. I'm extremely thankful to my tutor, Conor, who held me accountable, gave great advice, and was genuinely interestd in my success. It was actually bittersweet to eventually end the MyBodyTutor program and say goodbye to Conor, but we knew the day would come. He was a huge key to my success and I still laugh at our conversations, especially when I see donuts (inside joke). This program really is about: the more you know! Accountability is also a major benefit the program offers. I would highly recommend signing up for at least 6-months.

I am no longer striving to be a skinny minnie. What I am is free from obsessing about food. I was scared about food all the time. Now I know I will be making healthy choices because of My Body Tutor. I decided as I go on maintenance that I will listen to a motivational video every day to help me stay on course. Choice over food chaos is so refreshing. As I continue to age gracefully in my 80's I am grateful every day for my health. My Body Tutor has given me the tools to be vibrant even in my golden years. I consider this time my grateful years. Knowing I can go back to a great coach is comforting too. I know I can DO WHAT IT TAKES to be healthy, strong and confident. Thank you Adam and Leonora!

I can see change in the scale without giving up fruit and other carbs. I really appreciate the feedback my tutor gives. It is very helpful and practical. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor for anyone who wants to change their relationship with food.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I am noticing the all or nothing thinking, that tends to be my default way of thinking, shifting to a mindset of progress not perfection. This way of thinking is so much more sustainable for me in achieving my long term goals.

MyBodyTutor is the perfect program for people who know what to do to lose weight, but need the accountability. When I started the program, I thought my coach would give me a diet to follow and then I would check in daily for accountability. But instead, we started from the ground up and I learned what my triggers were and why I would overeat or turn to food when I wasn't hungry. Together, we created the best diet plan for me individually. With my coach's help, I am so much more aware of my own behaviors now, and I'm feeling better mentally and physically than I have in a long time. The daily accountability was essential. I'm so happy I joined MyBodyTutor!

I happened across MyBodyTutor through some lucky Googling after getting frustrated with my failure to lose weight on my own. I was a bit hesitant about this program at first given the cost but their mission statement seemed in line with my goals and the reviews from other customers were compelling. My goal wasn't to lose a certain amount of weight per say, but to feel better, fit beloved old clothes that were now too small, and figure out how to balance healthy living with a very busy schedule. I'm a Physician Assistant, so I knew all about what I SHOULD be doing, I just couldn't seem to find the motivation/diligence to actually get it DONE. The idea of having a consistent accountability partner like a tutor seemed like the perfect solution, so I took the plunge! My tutor Sena fulfilled this and more. She was a great encouragement and guide as I slowly learned ways to take control of my life and my eating. The craziest part is it didn't even feel that hard (I wasn't even really "dieting"!), but as she taught me how to really tune into my body and what it needed, and how to implement that in my life, the weight just began to fall off! As of now, I've lost about 11 lbs, which doesn't seem like a lot, but physically I have seen a huge difference. I'm faster and stronger, able to fit back into my old favorite clothes (with room to spare even) and I physically look and feel so much more vibrant and confident than before. Sena was with me every step of the way, answering my questions, offering encouragement, and giving me the motivation I needed to accomplish my goals. I know I'll continue to use everything she taught me going forward. I think the thing that makes MyBodyTutor stand out to me compared to other programs is the emphasis they have on your mindset and how essential it is to address this in order to actually make significant changes in your life. It makes a huge difference and is such an important part of improving your health that is often missed in other programs that focus on rapid weight loss or quick fixes. As a healthcare professional, I am always somewhat skeptical of any "miracle" diet claims, but I did not find any evidence of that in my experience with MyBodyTutor. The advice Sena gave me was always sensible, accurate, scientifically-backed and often what I've advised for my own patients! The key was having her there to motivate me every step of the way. If you're debating whether you should take the plunge, hear me when I say that I am someone who has worked with trainers, dieticians, followed online fitness plans, downloaded every workout app you can think of and nothing, absolutely nothing, worked anywhere NEAR as well as working with MyBodyTutor did. Adam and his team do great work, and I have and will continue to recommend MyBodyTutor for anyone who wants to get serious about taking control of their health. Keri

When I started this process, I admit I was not hopeful that I would see results. I had the mentality we all fall victim to which was, “I already eat healthy, I already exercise…it’s just my body that I can’t lose weight.” I was dealing with hormonal imbalances and Haschimotos so I had every reason to believe that I could not lose weight…until I came to MyBodyTutor and was paired with Amy. She understood me, she told me wholeheartedly that she would get me to my goal- to which she did! She was able to identify what wasn’t working for my body as well as keep me accountable. With her support I was able to lose the weight I was carrying for a while. Her support and expertise got me where I wanted to be in such a short amount of time. I am truly grateful for MyBodyTutor.

I was a happy person, but I had been struggling with my weight for 15 years. I had tried a bunch of different things but kept falling back to old routines and instead convinced myself that I just couldn’t lose weight. I always wanted to “do it myself,” so I ended up using willpower, and then hating myself afterwards when it didn’t work. I found out about MyBodyTutor after I saw two people that I follow on X talking about their success story, and that gave me a reassurance that I don’t get from ads. It was like a friend saying, “I have done this,” and you could see it worked. What I was hoping for was help changing my habits with food so that I could lose weight and find a balance in my life. But the fact that I “needed help” was a huge pill to swallow. Now? I have lost 17 kg, my physical pain is gone, my self-esteem is at an all-time high, and best of all, I know this is gonna last for a lifetime. What makes MyBodyTutor stand out is the accountability, the fact that I was not alone, and lastly that it was not a diet, but a mental change. If you're thinking about joining? Do it. You will not regret it.

I found My Body Tutor after trying countless weight loss and fitness programs over the years. I have never been clinically overweight but found myself gaining and losing the same 10 pounds over and over again leaving me frustrated with myself and desperate for a breakthrough that would help me find lasting change. My Body Tutor offered daily accountability that was completely catered to my needs. Through my coach I was able to change the way I think about food. I learned what was driving my poor habits and how to make new habits. The weight came off without me having to make drastic changes and I realized I could lose weight and keep it off in a way that felt sustainable to me. I’m so happy I chose MyBodyTutor to help me on this journey. Worth it for sure!

I am loving MBT and am confident that this is the last program I will do. I have a great coach and have learned so much from her daily feedback. I am making lifestyle change that I feel will last. It’s been worth every penny for the individualized accountability and support!

When I started this journey a year ago, I was 230+ pounds. I'd spent the last twenty years yo-yoing between 215 and 245+, gaining and losing the same weight over and over again in a cycle of crash dieting, falling off the wagon, and then starting over again. When I started MyBodyTutor, my big goal was to get to 215 and sustain it. I had never been able to stay there for long. Then I got to 215, and I thought "Why not 210?" When I hit 210, I thought "Maybe 205 is doable?" Outside of one brief stint with an incredibly unsustainable crash diet, I hadn't been anywhere near 200 pounds since high school. MyBodyTutor changed all of that. Not only did I get below 205, I stayed there. I'm now hovering between 197 and 202 on any given day. That's happened despite the busiest travel calendar I've ever had, not to mention family vacations, client dinners, etc. etc. Chris has been an incredible coach since day one. He listened to me and understood where I was, what I had tried, what hadn't worked, etc. He built a plan that worked with my lifestyle, my travel schedule, and my strengths and weaknesses. He held me accountable, encouraged me, and showed me that I had what it took to make this happen. For the first time in my life, I feel like I have a healthy, sustainable relationship with food, movement, and my own body. I no longer worry about holidays, parties, or occasional indulgences, because I know how to balance those things in the moment, and I know how to get back on track afterwards. MyBodyTutor gave me that toolkit, and I am forever grateful. I will be forever grateful for MyBodyTutor, and for the life-changing results it has provided. I have recommended MyBodyTutor to several people already, and I will continue to do that in the future. Thank you both for everything. You guys are amazing.

I just wanted to say thank you because joining MyBodyTutor has changed the way I approach my health and my relationship with food. Working with My Body Tutor completely transformed my approach to health and fitness. Before starting, I had tried literally everything under the sun to lose weight; fad diets, extreme workouts, calorie counting; you name it, I have tried it. Nothing worked for the long term, and I always ended up beyond frustrated and discouraged. But with My Body Tutor, everything finally clicked. I lost 20 pounds, but the real victory was in the sustainable, lasting changes I made. I cannot say enough good things about MyBodyTutor, and my coach Abby. I have paid THOUSANDS of dollars trying to change my relationship with food, without gaining a lot of weight, or being too restrictive and NOTHING has had the impact MyBodyTutor is having. The accountability is key and Abby's insights and perspectives are incredibly profound. She is like a therapist, fitness coach and nutritional counselor wrapped up in a lovely human being, (with a delightful Scottish accent, which who doesn't love!!) just want to acknowledge how Adam runs MyBodyTutor. I have not paid or been a client in well over a year and Adam still checks in with me. It's a real testament to who he is as a person and how he runs his business. The fact that he takes the time shows that he really cares and it's really inspiring. It is a great example of how someone should be running their business and looking after their clients, and in this case, non-clients. He still goes above and beyond. Kudos to you sir.
