I'm enjoying this program. My focus has shifted more towards eating well and moving well...and not so much guilt associated with the number on the scale. Thanks for doing what you do. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

MyBodyTutor turned out to be the program I needed. I lost the weight I needed to lose, my energy is up, and my sleep has improved more than I thought possible. I believe the things I’ve learned will stay with me. The personal attention, in my experience, made all the difference! I highly recommend this program.

I am thrilled with my experience, and the results I achieved with MyBodyTutor. I am a 60yo woman that has struggled with my weight ever since I hit menopause. What has always been effective for me my whole life, just didn’t work anymore. HUGE difference with MyBodyTutor!! I started in August of 2025, and by November 1st, I was down 14 pounds!! Follow the program. DO NOT skip on the journaling, and I promise you will see results!!

I wish I had found MyBodyTutor about 10 years ago! I have been so excited about my new relationship with food. I'm not scared of it anymore. Food no longer has emotional control over me. I can’t recommend this program enough. Before MyBodyTutor I would have said that weight loss in menopause was impossible. I am living proof that it is not. It can be done. MyBodyTutor gave me the tools and support to change a lifetime of poor eating habits. I feel good about myself. I have so much more energy. I am so glad I found this program.

I’m just so thankful I was able to get connected to MyBodyTutor! I love working with my coach, Emily. My life has literally changed. I’ve lost weight before through diet and exercise, but the mental burden of calorie counting was not a good fit for my perfectionist personality and so it was not a sustainable lifestyle change. This program has been amazing and the success I’ve had with it is so good for me both mentally and physically.

When I joined My Body Tutor I said to my coach “If you can just help me keep from gaining any more weight, I’ll be happy!" I followed my coach’s advice for six months and during this time I lost 15 pounds, but what I gained was so much more valuable. I learned how to live my life and still lose weight, without feeling like I had to give up being social, enjoying celebrations, or special occasions. The program gave me tools I can keep in my toolbox for whenever I need them, and I now know how to pivot and get back on track after a party, vacation or just a tough day. Most importantly, I feel confident that I can continue this journey on my own, thanks to everything I’ve learned. I’m so grateful for the support and guidance I received. As I write this, I’ve been on my own for about a week and I’ve continued to lose. I’m down an additional 2 lbs! I feel so much more energetic and positive and I’m looking forward to the future. I have been a lifelong athlete, but throughout my adulthood I have struggled here and there with healthy habits. My weight would fluctuate, I wasn’t consistent with anything, and I looked to nearly everything outside of myself to be the answer to my issues. After giving birth to my second child my weight really jumped up and my mental health was at an all time low. I hit my breaking point. I found MyBodyTutor as a last ditch effort and I’m so grateful I gave it a shot. The program and my coach had me looking inward instead of outward for solutions. My coach and I regularly discussed and made plans and goals around food and fitness, but it was the regular discussions and guidance regarding my RELATIONSHIP with food and fitness (as well as myself) that really changed the game for me. For the first time, I had unbiased, consistent support in my coach and daily reminders from the program to find myself in all of this. There were difficult and ugly moments in this process and the journey continues, but it’s truly been the most empowering and life changing experience.

Before MyBodyTutor, I only thought about the number on the scale. I had tried every “diet” plan under the sun (diet pills, shakes, packaged delivered meals, Keto) you name it, I tried it. None of them worked long term because they were, first of all, very restrictive, and secondly, just not sustainable. I thought I couldn’t lose weight because I was just weak and lacked self-control. Who on this earth never eats sugar or eliminates all carbohydrates? I found MyBodyTutor online by just searching for something, anything that would make a difference. I read all the reviews and success stories and told myself I would try it, but if it didn’t work, I was done trying. I talked with Adam about my goals, and he said he thought he could help me. So I decided to try once more. My original goal was to lose weight and feel more confident in my clothes, but I have to say that shifted many times while I worked with MyBodyTutor. I was worried that I would once again not achieve my goals, and secondly, I was concerned about the expense. So my original goal was pretty much only weight loss. Overall loss was about 10 pounds. Later on, however, my goals shifted and I actually weighed a lot less. What I came to realize was that I had an unhealthy relationship with food. Because of so much dieting, there were so many foods that I had on my “don’t ever have” list. My food list became so narrow that what was left wasn’t satisfying. I would eat it anyway, and then because it wasn’t satisfying, I would be off the rails eating things that were just not good for my body. MyBodyTutor is different because it actually works on mindset. It helps to reframe how people think about food and what to do with the information. It helps identify the thought process behind why we do what we do and eat what we eat. There are no taboo foods. I can have what I want. But when I have what I want, I know going in how it may make me feel inside my body. Identifying those feelings has always been difficult for me, but knowing when I’ve had enough is now easier. Don’t expect a “magic pill.” This is more about the process you are learning so that you can apply it to your life every day. It’s not quick, and it takes patience. The mind is a complex thing, and it didn’t start thinking the way it thinks overnight, so it cannot be changed overnight. I have learned to be more grateful about this awesome opportunity that I have to care for my body. I am still a work in progress, and I don’t doubt that I may struggle in the future, but thankfully I have tools in my back pocket to help me out. Thank you, MyBodyTutor! This is truly a sustainable program.

When they say it's more than just "coaching" they mean it, working with my assigned mentor through My Body Tutor was truly life-changing. My coach was amazing — supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate through one of the most challenging seasons of my life. They helped me build new, sustainable habits and guided me every step of the way. I was able to shift habits gently even through overwhelming seasons of difficulty to see positive changes in my life. This program offers something that’s been missing in the health and nutrition space: genuine, personalized care that meets you where you are. I’d recommend My Body Tutor to anyone looking to make real, lasting change.

MyBodyTutor has been a game-changer for me. Working with my coach helped me truly understand my eating patterns: why I was reaching for certain foods, when I was most likely to overeat, and how my emotions connected to my choices. The daily accountability and guidance made the process so much easier than I expected. Instead of following a rigid plan, I learned how to make realistic, healthy decisions that fit my life. For almost a decade now, I haven't been happy with my stomach. Tried various diets and opinions on how to tackle it. Intermittent fasting, removing fruit and sugar, veganism, etc. I never studied the biochemistry too intently. I thought I was eating healthy due to not eating out or eating many deserts, I exercised a moderate-ish amount. But still couldn't get the results I wanted. Hearing and being shown the gaps in my knowledge and strategy really helped. Knowing that most plant proteins carry lots of carbs, and knowing that to balance your macros you want 1:1 (at least) for carbs and proteins, and ½ that for fats really helped me see it in a new light. Being told what's in certain foods that I am eating and how to measure it and having an experienced set of eyes on what you're eating to fill in the gaps as to how you engage in and interact with food. Just because you don't eat candy and chips doesn't mean you're eating right. Trying to get that ratio of everything on your figurative plate being ½ vegetables, ¼ carbs, and ¼ protein is a difficult task, especially when eating out where everything is ¾ carbs. The knowledge has forever changed how I am going to be preparing foods and reading food labels. Well worth the investment for your health.

I’ve really enjoyed my time as a client of My Body Tutor and have made great progress in my health journey. I have had chronic fatigue syndrome for 25 years and have found My Body Tutor to be a great fit for helping me manage symptoms and make connections between how I’m eating and moving, and how that impacts my ability to have more functional hours in my day. My personal health coach Kristin is an absolute gem, and an excellent fit for me. I look forward to our weekly conversations, and gain great insights from her daily responses to my reports. My Tutor has helped me incorporate more nutrient dense meals, satisfying both my nutritional need and reworking my thought pattern around food. It's been quite a long time since I've been able to do without the 3pm snack attacks but I've been consistently skipping before AND after dinner snacks and not missing them at all! WIN!

Working with MyBodyTutor was a great opportunity to spend a few months really figuring out how I can balance nutrition and training. Chrystal was so supportive as a coach and really got the importance of not only fuelling, but also enjoying real life while building fitness and moving towards my goals. My training block was great and I hit a new PB! I highly recommend, as accountability and reflection were key success factors for me.

Working with My Body Tutor has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and wellbeing. Before starting, I had no idea how much I still needed to learn about nutrition and diet. My coach was absolutely fantastic. She helped me understand the fundamentals, from building a balanced diet to making smart choices at restaurants, and navigating the trade-offs between lifestyle and goals. Over the course of a year and a half, she guided me through every step of my journey, supporting my fitness, nutrition, and overall lifestyle goals. I gained 15 lbs of muscle, lost 20 lbs of fat, and had faster workout recovery and progress than before. Today, I feel healthier, wiser, and better equipped to live the rest of my life in a way that’s balanced and sustainable, something I’d never experienced before.

Yo-yo dieter here. For decades I would join one program or another, lose the weight and then spend the next couple of years gaining it all back, sometimes plus some. All the programs I tried were very effective at helping me lose the weight, but none of them gave me the tools to keep it off. Even though some of them said they did, they didn't really. It isn't as easy as just knowing what to do. This is where I found MyBodyTutor to be different. My coach worked with me not just to lose the weight, but to develop habits and thought processes and strategies to maintain it. So for the first time ever, I actually believe I won't re-gain the weight. I lost about 30 pounds over 6 months and highly recommend MyBodyTutor to literally anyone.

Before MyBodyTutor, I thought things were OK. I was physically active—running a few times each week, doing yoga weekly, lifting some weights, and riding my bike or walking to and from work. I live in New York City, so walking and standing are a regular part of my daily life. One day I thought to myself: "I’m putting in SO much work, I'm active, but I’m not SEEING any results when I look in the mirror." It was frustrating. In the past, I had been coached over the years on how to train, work out, and play certain sports, but I had never been coached on my nutrition. Truthfully, the dissatisfaction with my appearance, paired with what I had been told was an above average activity level, prompted me to learn more about nutrition through MyBodyTutor’s program. My wife’s colleague Ron joined MyBodyTutor after the death of a close friend. He had a lot of success with the program, so my wife suggested I join to learn more about nutrition. From Day-1, I was ready to learn what my tutor had to teach me. I had no doubt that it would help me. I started at 220 lbs in August 2024. Over a nine-month period, I lost 45 lbs and got down to 175 lbs, but I felt too thin. As of August 2025, I’ve maintained around 180 lbs for a year, and that’s a weight I’m comfortable with right now. For me, MyBodyTutor just opened my eyes to nutrition. It was the little lessons that made the biggest difference. I'm extremely thankful to my tutor, Conor, who held me accountable, gave great advice, and was genuinely interestd in my success. It was actually bittersweet to eventually end the MyBodyTutor program and say goodbye to Conor, but we knew the day would come. He was a huge key to my success and I still laugh at our conversations, especially when I see donuts (inside joke). This program really is about: the more you know! Accountability is also a major benefit the program offers. I would highly recommend signing up for at least 6-months.
