I'm enjoying this program. My focus has shifted more towards eating well and moving well...and not so much guilt associated with the number on the scale. Thanks for doing what you do. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I was eating pretty unhealthy and didn't gain weight until recently. I've been working out, but I wasn't paying attention to my diet. Then I got referred to MyBodyTutor, and I decided to join to lose some weight. I ended up losing 16 lbs and even had to buy new clothes, which was pretty cool. Now, I just feel better about how my body looks.

I love the MyBodyTutor program. I have had a great experience in every aspect. Brett has been insightful and wise, and I finally feel for the first time in 20 years that I have control of the direction my health is going. As a client I am so stoked, and I have shared my experience with several people that I know would benefit from MyBodyTutor. Adam and his team have done a great job in creating a business that has a vision and mission that is clearly being bought into and fulfilled. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to execute even the best ideas, and Adam has turned his idea into a wonderful business that impacts so many people's lives. Please keep up the great work. As a 57-year-old man with moderate obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and a lifetime of awful eating habits, I presented quite a challenge to my coach, Amy. Life was excellent, but I was about 15 pounds overweight and did not have "good" numbers. I wasn't sure I would ever be able to get my bad eating habits under control. Amy recognized early on that every person's life experience is different, and therefore there is no "cookie cutter" approach to helping someone get healthy and lose weight. Rather, you have to ask questions, watch patterns, and experiment with different approaches until you get it just right. Amy's daily advice and comments were always spot on and kept me on track. She pushed me hard, but she also backed off from time to time to give me the space I needed to encourage me to figure things out for myself. AMY HAS BEEN AMAZING! I lost 18 pounds in 4 months working with Amy. More importantly than the weight loss, I have completely changed my eating habits and feel like an entirely new person. I have more energy, I'm thinking clearly, and everyone is telling me that I look great! While nothing is ever certain in life, I am very confident that Amy has given me the tools, knowledge, and confidence to continue to live this healthy lifestyle without her by my side every day. I would highly recommend MyBodyTutor to anyone looking for help with weight loss, eating habits, and/or lifestyle changes in general. They are the absolute best and worth every penny!

I have been so happy with MyBodyTutor. I can't believe it took me so long to get to this point to find a program like this. Though in actuality I don't know of anything else like MyBodyTutor. THANK YOU for creating this. Adam did a fantastic job pairing me with the right tutor. She has handled me better than I could have imagined or hoped for - I know I'm not easy! Here are some of the things I'm able to do that I wasn't sure I'd be able to do: -- Go on vacation to an all inclusive and not gain several pounds -- Lose weight while not feel like I'm deprived or just "waiting for this to be over" -- Exercise while on vacation - and not hate it! -- Fit in just 5-10 min of movement on days I would have done nothing -- Not count calories yet lose weight Thank you! I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time.

I wasn't really interested in losing weight in the past and always was active. A nutritionist even told me my weight was fine and having a little "extra" as we age is beneficial. But a cardiologist said I should lose some weight, and my desire to look and be more healthy kicked in. I had hoped to lose 20 pounds with permanent changes of habits. When I found MyBodyTutor, everything about the program attracted me. I lost 21 pounds and got a great bill of health from my doctor last month. Some people say it is hard to lose weight as you get older, but the weight came off steadily for me over around five months, and I will be 75 years old in July 2024. I've been out of the program now for months and the weight stays off. I am considering losing another five pounds using the same techniques I've learned. I did MyBodyTutor simultaneously with in-depth therapy. The two reinforced each other. Before I started this work, I was very out of touch with my body, and I lacked motivation to look better. Right now I am no longer in the program, but I maintain the habits I learned, particularly much more conscious eating (which entails A LOT of learning) and drinking lots of water. I always exercised, but now I hate it when I miss a day or two and walk, swim, do pilates, and weight lifting. The philosophy of MyBodyTutor is realistic in terms of what it takes to really change long-term habits and an understanding that it takes a person time and a lot of personal support to get to the roots of some of the reasons behind an unhealthy lifestyle that one wants to change but can't. To me, this is a really excellent program to not only lose weight but also to come to know yourself better. Once you come to understand your choices, your triggers, your misconceptions about weight loss, and your sabotaging behaviors, you can really change them permanently. And the secret sauce of MyBodyTutor are the people involved. I was matched with a tutor whom I liked and respected very much and whose personality and style clicked with mine. And Adam and Haley are dedicated, always interesting, and reinforce the philosophy of the program constantly through videos and emails, as well as the training and support of personal tutors. I recommend this program if you are looking for lasting change instead of quick fix where the old habits will probably rear their ugly heads again when life happens.

Despite being relatively active for most of my life, my body started changing around my mid to late-thirties. Without changing my diet or activity, I started putting on weight - slowly at first until, one day, I woke up to the fact that I had gained about 25 lbs. At first, I thought I could address the issue on my own. Every few months, I would recommit to a new diet or workout regimen, but they were short-lived and, if I did see results, those results were equally ephemeral. At some point, I accepted this just may be the way of things. I wasn’t happy but started to believe it was too late or too difficult to make a change. When I found MyBodyTutor online, I hoped to find a path to making a permanent change in an area that kept me awake at night. It’s been a year since I joined MyBodyTutor, and I’ve achieved the goal I set out: I’ve lost all the weight I wanted to lose, put on muscle and am at a healthy BMI. Aesthetically, I’m in the best shape of my life. What’s more - I have become a much better listener to my body. Before joining, I hadn’t realized how physically uncomfortable I was feeling overeating or drinking, or how restless and anxious I felt if I didn’t get a bit of exercise in. I am now acutely aware of my body’s needs. I’ve grown weary of all the companies out there that tout the “long-lost secret” to fitness or weight-loss, as though this area needs novel solutions. MyBodyTutor takes a very grounded, honest and straight-forward approach to this journey. The steps to success are refreshingly un-riveting and just make intuitive sense: good eating, good activity, consistency. Where MyBodyTutor stands out is the recognition that those simple factors can be really hard in practice and become exponentially more achievable with accountability. I would not have seen the results I’ve seen without a dedicated partner. My most important learning with my MyBodyTutor is that real lasting transformation doesn't follow a straight line. I learned how to roll with life’s inevitable detractors: a couple indulgent vacations, an injured shoulder, a broken foot. I think this is MyBodyTutor’s true differentiator. Dropping pounds requires a few new practices. Keeping those pounds off for good requires a new set of beliefs and attitudes about myself, my body and nourishment. I’m grateful to MyBodyTutor for the learnings and proud of our shared success.

I finally found something that relates to my active life style and is not another unsustainable diet with overly complex food diaries. As someone who knows and is willing to admit they need accountability, I truly appreciate the daily feedback. After several weeks I am now forming new healthy habits that easily incorporate with my routines. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I'm a 100% or nothing kinda guy. That can be a blessing and a curse. I get good results when I'm motivated, and get out of shape when I'm stressed. My results were a direct reflection of my emotions. That all changed when I started working with Abby, my coach at MyBodyTutor. Abby didn't just give me a diet or training plan and wave me off into the gym with a pat on my back and a thumbs up. Abby supported me through the entire process. She worked on my mindset, my habits, and my systems. She helped me get real results and more importantly, protect them. I went from 205lbs to 170lbs and competed in my first Muay Thai boxing competition in under 6 months. I've never got in that good shape and been able to maintain it before. I learned how to build a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. I learned to be kind to myself, and show myself empathy and encouragement while holding myself accountable and getting results. I got results, not because I was given a diet plan or gym routine (although I got those too), but because I was empowered with real knowledge and had an accountability partner who helped me show up every day, even when I didn't want to.

In just a few short weeks my mindset completely changed. As I had hoped it would; my relationship with food completely changed. Through many great conversations with my coach Emily and all of the resources made available through the My Body Tutor portal, I finally began to think of food as fuel and not just something to turn to when I am bored or as a convenience. Though weight loss is always nice my specific goal was to just feel better and have more energy throughout the day. I did lose weight too though! I am not much of a scale person but more about how my clothes fit and what a great feeling when you can go back to wearing pants that you've kept in the closet just knowing that you'll get there one day. Feeling better and having more energy has reignited my desire to exercise more when in turn helps me with overall sleep and stress. It's a full circle lifestyle improvement where mindfulness has become the biggest factor in my daily routine. Understanding how one decision can trickle down to other decisions; bad or good is a valuable tool to living right and feeling amazing. Adam and the My Body Tutor team have an outstanding playbook here and I would highly encourage anyone who needs a little accountability in their lives to give it a try...they won't be disappointed! The daily feedback from a tutor IS THE #1 factor that makes this program different from the rest. I shopped around for different coaching programs and not having daily feedback lead me to so many slip ups throughout the week. In addition, MyBodyTutor includes weekly calls with your tutor (coach). I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

After struggling for over 2 years with increasingly negative cycles of "trying" and "failing" to manage my eating habits in the aftermath of COVID, I was unbelievably grateful to find My Body Tutor. It's the only program I've ever seen that focuses on what I call "sober eating" - changing how you relate to food and building consistency so that you're no longer at the mercy of every impulse or trying to make your feelings go away by over-indulgence. There are no right and wrong foods. Instead there's an emphasis on planned and balanced eating that made a huge difference for me. The daily feedback and encouragement of my coach was a game changer! Heather was unfailingly supportive and helpful, and full of great tips to keep my eating on track. This program changes your way of thinking, not just your way of eating

Before I started MyBodyTutor, I wasn't sure if I would be able to eat without fear of losing control or if I could focus on progress, not perfection. That was 5 weeks ago, and I truly have discovered that I can do both of these things. That is mighty empowering and freeing from decades of food bondages. I thank God for MyBodyTutor, an answer to prayer for me, for the opportunity to redefine my relationship with food. Adam, thank you for your passion and vision you continue to put into MyBodyTutor. I loved the MyBodyTutor program because it didn’t put me on a specific diet, but taught me the basics of nutrition instead. That knowledge, tied with my tutor’s accountability, made it easy to make the necessary changes as I lost 16kg.

My Body Tutor has been a game changer for me. I joined the program to lose weight and strengthen my body, but it delivered that and so much more. I had always felt that food had more control over me than I did over it. This led me to attempt various "all-or-nothing" diets and consistently failing and feeling defeated. My Body Tutor flipped this narrative for me. It helped me first to understand my relationship with food and then shift my mindset of how I viewed it. The habits, tips and tricks I learned through the program were transformational and will stay with me forever. I now feel completely in control of my diet and coming off the program I am confident I have the knowledge and tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. This program doesn't just focus on the scale, it focuses on the psychology around eating and that is why I believe it can be anyone's last weight loss program. My experience with MyBodyTutor has been nothing short of stellar, and it's still the only system that has really driven results for me. In particular, my tutor Matt is attentive, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm someone who has read nutrition facts from a young age, and I've worked with trainers at gyms on and off over the past 15 years. I'm used to seeing quick results once I build momentum, but almost every time I gain the weight back. When I joined MyBodyTutor, I was 235lbs and quite unhappy with my weight after a highly stressful year personally + professionally. I knew what I needed to do in order to lose weight (I've always known), but the problem was DOING IT and MAINTAINING IT. Enter MyBodyTutor, Matt, and Adam. Between the daily/weekly content and the daily reporting cadence, I learned how to change my entire mentality around eating. When I veered off track, Matt was always there to talk me down and steer me back on track. Ultimately I lost 25lbs and, approaching 1yr later, have kept it all off. I feel much healthier, my eating and movement habits feel sustainable, and I'm looking forward to slowly reducing my weight from here towards my goal.

MyBodyTutor is the easiest weight adjustment program I have ever been on. The process is working. I'm consistently shedding weight each and every day. The other thing I love about this process is cutting out the emotional eating. No one ever explained it to me like this before. Such simplicity. So easy to follow. No counting calories, no stressing over what I eat. Thank you for this programme. It's the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me. I've done weight watchers, noom, carbohydrates addict diet, protein only diet . . .you name it I've done it. This is the ONLY SUSTAINABLE process I have found so far.
