I'm enjoying this program. My focus has shifted more towards eating well and moving well...and not so much guilt associated with the number on the scale. Thanks for doing what you do. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

The program was very helpful in guiding me to eat properly as well as sticking to an exercise regimen. Although I was worried that I wouldn't be able to handle the app, I found it easy to use. Submitting information throughout the day as to what I was eating, drinking and exercise, was very helpful. I didn't drink much water before but now I have increased my intake dramatically. Most of all, my coach, Amy, was always available, quick to respond to questions and provide me guidance and suggestions. I would highly recommend this program.

I started my journey with MyBodyTutor a month ago and have already lost 10 pounds…all while not counting a calorie. Never knew that was possible! Knowing I have a coach to communicate with directly and lean on when I need help has made all of the difference.

MyBodyTutor is by far the most effective program I have used. It helped me reset my food and exercise habits, regain a sense of control of my health, and lose weight. At 55, I have tried all sorts of weight loss programs including at major healthcare corporations with a lot of evidence behind them. MyBodyTutor beats them all because it puts the psychology of habit change and an understanding of human nature at the heart of the program. I was happily surprised that the tracking app does not require tracking every single bite or calorie: Rather, you take photos and describe what you're eating as needed to help you make mindful decisions. MyBodyTutor is exactly what I was looking for and I share that regularly. I love having a coach who is encouraging me through the process. This whole experience has been so positive! The price seems to be a sticking point for some people. Once you are in it, you realize it is a learning experience rather than a weight loss program. You learn how to eat healthy for the rest of your life. As an educator, I understand the value in that. However, because this is different from other programs, maybe people don’t understand that this isn’t a consumable that goes away after you use it. It is a skill and mindset that can be applied day after day for the rest of your life! I truly am appreciative of the work that MyBodyTutor offers. What I thought were weaknesses, I’m learning are normal behaviors that can be modified and tamed. That is truly powerful! Thank you for the work you do!!

My body tutor is a great plan and the only one that ever worked for me! I highly recommend it. The coaches are great and the program format is wonderful, not only for losing weight but for mindfulness. The best part ia its not a fad, it's a sustainable lifestyle changing program! Totally worth the investment in yourself.

Before I started MyBodyTutor, I didn’t think I could overcome cravings, I was even falling into binge cycles that I seemed to feel powerless against. I knew a food log would help, I knew I needed to exercise and pay attention to my health, but I couldn’t seem to get it together. Along comes MyBodyTutor and suddenly an accountability coach changes everything. Knowing there’s someone who’s going to offer help and feedback everyday is so motivating for me! I’m a lot more confident with food now. I love the accountability my coach provides. It forces introspection, something I hadn’t been practicing before. I appreciate the layered coaching as well - the personal relationship with my tutor as well as Adam’s thoughts and insights. Asking for help isn’t failure, a MyBodyTutor coach in my pocket is a great tool for the work I need to do! -Jennifer

Thank you so much to my AMAZING coach Malaya and for the wise guidance of Adam in their help on my journey to health and wellness. I had read every book, knew the science, tried for years and years to implement what I knew - yet failed time and time again. The daily accountability and calls with my coach helped me to see where I was getting stuck. For me it was getting enough fiber and greens, getting control over trigger foods (ice cream), getting mindful through a meditation practice and finding healthy ways to unwind at the end of the day - CONSISTENTLY. It was also learning to make better choices during all of our travels and outings with friends and family. I wasn't willing to stop living fully. I lost 20 pounds of fat, yay! I am still journeying toward a truly healthy whole body/mind. Thank you to MyBodyTutor for helping me learn to be consistent over the long term. Wendy

This is a seriously reputable program. I am in my second month. I enjoy being challenged and my coach keeps it real. I have begun to change habits choice by choice. In addition, the podcasts, emails and mobile app are very worthwhile.

I love that I'm learning gradually and seeing the results of that learning. I really appreciate my coach and the consistency with her feedback. She's taught me more than I expected I'd learn, and it's really making a difference! I'd recommend MyBodyTutor to anyone looking for support to reach their goals.

My Body Tutor gave me exactly what I needed, leaving WHAT I ate, WHEN I ate, and HOW MUCH I ate up to me, and supporting me with frequent contact with my coach, educational and fun videos, and daily accountability. I felt respected throughout the journey, I got a lot of helpful information, and I enjoyed posting my meals daily. Most of all, my coach Jaema was fantastic! My weight had been slowly rising over the course of a few years, and I couldn’t seem to stop it until I joined this program. The weight loss was slow, and most of the time, I didn’t feel as though I was really trying to lose weight. I was just trying to eat healthier foods, and not too much. The awareness this brought to my process slowly changed everything, and while it was a slow process, I feel confident that the new habits I have created will stay with me. I was able to lose nearly fifteen pounds, which puts me where my doctor wants me. Thank you My Body Tutor!!

If you are looking to get healthier, this is the program to follow. I have been so impressed with the MyBodyTutor program. The app that you use is simple and easy to use. My coach was fantastic! She not only helped me with the knowledge of what I needed to do to lose weight, but she also helped me learn techniques that I can apply in the future to sustain my desired weight and lifestyle. The weekly emails and podcast that Adam sends were just as helpful. He is very tuned in to the struggles that people face when trying to change their weight and lifestyle. He offers great thoughts and advice. If you are looking for personal help, I recommend this program.

The MyBodyTudor program with the coaching and accountability is on point for lifestyle change. I have been challenged and my coach would talk things out with me as an individual, not as one thought process will serve everyone. We all have different personalities and the luxury of having a coach / mentor that understands you is phenomenal. I did lose weight during my time in this program and the coach has made such an impression that if I were to slack off I can hear him in my subconscious guiding me with the right food choice or exercise. Also learning to plan ahead, whether it’s meals at home or looking ahead at the menu of a restaurant you have an engagement to bolster your confidence for good choices and we know repetition becomes habit. Not to be long winded but for those who opt for diet foods or injections please look at the potential side effects. In my opinion they don’t teach you lifestyle change. So to sum up my experience it was exceptional and if I need support in the future the program is always available. Paul Merryman

I’m happy to report that MyBodyTutor has changed my life. I just had a body scan for the first time and found out that my body fat is at 20%. I had thought I was at 30% or more, but found that my muscle mass was more than I thought. I’m at a healthy fat percentage and I’m happy with my body shape and size. I’m no longer obese or fat or overweight and I’m not on a diet anymore, it’s my lifestyle now. I have a healthy body. Intuition around food and movement has changed my life.

MyBodyTutor has been an experience like no other when it comes to my personal health journey. I have struggled with weight loss and body confidence for years and when I heard good things about MyBodyTutor, I wanted to give it a try. I am so glad I did! The support I have had throughout has been amazing and I'm so thankful for the weekly calls with my coach! I'm proud of where I've come and how it has laid a solid foundation for me moving forward!

Exercise was never the issue for me. I’ve been exercising 6–7 days a week for over five years but I know diet is 80% of weight loss. I never thought I’d be able to stop snacking between meals, but I’ve completely eliminated it, and I don’t even crave it anymore. Since snacking was the primary change I made, it’s been the direct reason I’ve lost 7 pounds. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

Before MyBodyTutor, I tried just about every diet for 40 years. They worked for a little while, but then after a few months I gained the weight back and sometimes even doubled the weight gain. I have been very frustrated my whole life with trying to lose weight. I reached the most I ever weighed in my life, 275 lbs, and was feeling exhausted and sickly all the time. I did not want to take pills or take needles and one day I was searching the web and found MyBodyTutor. I read the reviews and read everything I could about it for a few months and finally decided to go for it. The price almost held me back, but it was the greatest decision! What I was hoping for was losing weight, and what I love about the program is I can eat anything I want (if I want to). I ate the ice cream, the cookies, the cake. I did not have to buy any of their products. What is different about the program is that you have a coach that you are in contact with every day, and you really learn how to eat and why you eat what you eat. And then the ice cream, the cookies, and the cake dwindled down from every day to once every couple of weeks. You can indulge in things as long as you planned for it. Could be just me, but it worked. Instead of eating the M&Ms and 3 Musketeer bars, I now indulge once in a while in better made chocolate, which really is great. I love the program and have learned so much from my coach!! Thanks so much!! I am down 42 lbs. It came off slowly, which is supposedly better. It certainly feels sustainable this time! MyBodyTutor stands out because it is much more personal than other programs. It is the best program I have ever tried!

I am the most excited about how easily I have slid right into my new lifestyle! I think I am finally understanding what it means to say I can eat anything I want. I see how good I am feeling by paying attention to my hunger levels, eating slowly, planning ahead, and knowing that I can’t do this wrong; consistency matters. The daily accountability is exactly what I have needed! I love the emails, food for thought, and phone calls with my coach! All of it helps me with my motivation! I can’t recommend MyBodyTutor enough!

I am so grateful for my time with MyBodyTutor! My coach, Kristin, helped me reshape how I view food. She taught me the science behind certain food choices. She helped me eliminate so many chemicals from my diet and this helped me with energy so much. She helped me to decrease my all or nothing thinking. We set daily goals and minimums that I will continue to follow. I absolutely recommend MyBodyTutor!
