MyBodyTutor is seriously amazing. My coach, Amanda, has shifted so much for me in such a short amount of time. I am this new and improved version of myself. I can already see changes in my body. I feel so much better and I feel empowered and in control rather than subject to moments of weakness or mindless consumption. I can't wait to see what the coming months bring!

I started BodyTutor for accountability & advise on better choices for my health. Micki was my tutor. She was wonderful. Micki listened to me & responded with many suggestions for better food choices & psychological reasons for my choices. Why was I making certain choices & understand how to pause before making those choices. I now think about my choices instead of letting a craving control my actions. I still enjoy some treats without the treats controlling me. I feel better about my choices & have lost weight. If I feel I need a refresher, I will return again to work with Micki. Thanks for the help!

MyBodyTutor taught me the skills I needed to lose 30+ pounds and develop healthy habits that work for me. I eat meals that are balanced, and I know what my body needs. If I have a tough day, I get right back to it. I don’t let myself spiral. I “fail small” and don’t dwell on tough days. What really stands out about MyBodyTutor is that it teaches you that changing your habits and mindset matters more than anything. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t hesitate. Just do it. Be ready to confront some uncomfortable things that may have kept you stuck. Be open. Listen. And be ready to change.

I love that I'm losing weight without being overly hungry! Any time I'd try to lose weight before, I ate so little that my mood suffered and I was always hungry. My coach's insights on the calories-to-satiety ratio have been a real reteach moment for me. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I’ve tried other programs and online coaching over the years, and they can often be confusing, expensive, or just not very well thought out. I run multiple businesses, so I have a good sense of what a well-run operation looks like, and this is definitely one. Adam’s MyBodyTutor is extremely well thought out, from the first interaction to the platform itself and the amazing team of coaches. I was fortunate to be paired with Heather, and she has been a huge help in reaching my fitness goals. She’s very knowledgeable, provides specific and personalized feedback every day based on what I eat and my activity levels, and is also incredibly kind and genuine; she truly wants to see me succeed. I’m very grateful for this program and highly recommend giving it a try, you won’t regret it.

I appreciate the personal touch and the deep focus on health brought to the forefront by MyBodyTutor. The weight loss is a byproduct of doable, easy, meaningful mindset and lifestyle changes. If I had known how effective My Body Tutor was, I would have signed up MUCH SOONER. The only thing holding me back was the cost. Having said that, the investment that I decided to make when joining My Body Tutor has been the best spent money of my life. Have you heard the phrase, “Gym memberships are too expensive?” Well guess what is more expensive - medical bills. With the help of my coach at My Body Tutor I changed my relationship with food and feel confident in my skills and habits around eating so that I feel healthy and strong. I’ve lost 20 pounds and feel great. One phrase that I remember reading at the beginning of my process was that ‘health is freedom’. I could not agree with this more. I’m turning 40 this year and feel that My Body Tutor has set me up for health and success going into this next chapter of my life, setting a solid foundation for many years in the future.

MyBodyTutor was the accountability I needed to lose and maintain 23 pounds. I’ve spent a lot of time in the gym and generally know what I should be doing, but it’s just different when you actually have someone holding you accountable. That’s really what My Body Tutor provided. I’ve tried tracking calories before, and it works for a bit, but I knew it wasn’t something I could stick with long term. What I really liked about My Body Tutor was the combination of the human element and the technology. The photo-based meal tracking made it really easy to stay consistent without having to log every calorie, but my coach still had enough visibility to give me real feedback. My coach was awesome. Super supportive, really knowledgeable, and just great to work with. She’s the only coach I worked with, but you can tell the bar for coaches there is high. It feels like they put a lot of effort into training and keeping everyone up to speed on best practices. The whole system is just really well thought out. The mix of calls, daily check-ins through the app, and ongoing feedback made it easy to stay on track. I pretty much did everything through my phone and barely touched the web portal, which I actually liked. I’m really happy with the results and honestly just impressed with how well the whole thing works. I’d definitely recommend MyBodyTutor to anyone who feels like they’ve tried a bunch of things but haven’t gotten the results they want. It gives you accountability, but more importantly, it helps you actually build habits that stick.

MyBodyTutor has been great! It’s been a real game-changer for me. I’ve tried for a long time on my own to get into better shape but it’s always felt so drastic and because of that, I would always fail down the line. This has made it feel easy, to be honest. Margeaux has been awesome at guiding and directing me in a way that was both respectful but also held me accountable. I recommend this for anyone who wants to find the real solution.

After literally years of losing focus of my health and fitness goals, the missing piece was not having an accountability coach. I was able to stay mindful day after day with this program and build the habits I needed to improve myself. I received amazing feedback from my coach and never felt alone. Working with MyBodyTutor has been a radical shift for me. I've meaningfully re-patterned my habits from lack of exercise and (Doordash-delivery eating) to supportive exercises, hyper-clean eating and dedicating effort into taking really good care of my health. I absolutely recommend MyBodyTutor to anyone who could benefit from a health coach- which, honestly, is probably most people! I worked with an amazing coach and used the app consistently for over a year. Not only did this help me lose weight but also helped me build and solidify healthy habits that I know will stick long-term. What really sets MyBodyTutor apart is the accountability, personalized support, and practical approach. It’s not about quick fixes or extreme dieting- it’s about creating realistic routines that fit into your life. MyBodyTutor is a committed group that will work very hard to help your eating. Your coach communicates daily with you and cares, giving you tips and advice to improve your eating. Keeping a log of your eating helps you see where you can create areas of improvement without feeling punitive. Adam sends videos and is actively involved also. You feel like you no longer have to do it alone. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

Thank you for creating such a life changing program! I have attempted to lose the "last 10 pounds" more than I can count. It felt like I had tried everything: Weight Watchers, Keto, counting calories and weighing everything I ate. I certainly lost weight with every program. However, it just wasn't sustainable. I could not go through life never having a piece of fruit or some cheesecake. As a last ditch effort, I decided to give MyBodyTutor a try. It truly changed my life. My initial goal was to lose 10 pounds. If I did so, I would be at a weight I hadn't seen since getting married in my early 20s. I never expected to be able to lose 15+ pounds and be at my high school weight. That seemed nearly impossible 8 months ago. The most amazing thing is how easily the weight came off. I did make some changes to my eating habits, but they were all things I could maintain for the rest of my life. I eat fruit almost every day. I occasionally indulge in a sweet treat. I did not have to give up the homemade sourdough bread I love. With the help of my amazing tutor, we were able to come up with a plan that worked for me. Through our weekly calls and her help with my mindset, things began to change. She was the perfect cheerleader and accountability coach that I needed. For the first time in 40 years losing weight was NOT one of my New Year's resolutions. Thank you, My Body Tutor!

The last few years, I cycled between extremes: I would be really strict for a few days, blow it, and then swing to overindulgence. I would feel bad about overindulging and then go strict again to compensate. MyBodyTutor taught me the key is being consistent, not perfect. When I started being more consistent, the weight fell off slow but steady. The healthy habits I have developed over the last few months are now second nature which I believe will help me sustain my progress. Amy was an amazing coach. She was faithful to give feedback everyday. Her coaching and accountability are what made the difference! I appreciate MyBodyTutor! I’ve been trying to lose 20 pounds for over a decade. MyBodyTutor was the only thing that worked for me!

When I started on my weight loss journey, I went through bursts of inspiration where I exercised hard for 2 days, then didn't exercise for a week and that repeated for 2-4 months. I tried a few different online programs, coaches, tracking apps, and just kept dropping off after a few days/weeks. I was in a spiral where I would feel great about exercising, then feel bad that I stopped, and get discouraged that I couldn't keep going. All those programs that I tried didn't have any type of accountability, which made it easy for me to give up when I felt discouraged. I went looking again for a coaching program that could help give me accountability from someone that truly understood what I needed. When I found MyBodyTutor, I read all the information on the website and it sounded great... but of course, all the other programs also sounded great before I started. Searching deeper, I found a lot of additional testimonials and Reddit posts where people posted about their experiences. No one really said what was being done or how the plan worked, but there was enough that led me to take the chance. After signing up, I was basically immediately contacted by Adam and connected with my coach shortly after. During the first few calls, I knew this program was going to be completely different from anything I've done before. I was expecting things like calorie counting, nutrition plans, weight loss targets, macros, and recommended exercises... things that everyone always talks about. We ended up doing NONE of that (which is a good thing). My coach asked me about my intake form and what my actual goals are. She made sure to poke at some of my excuses and ask about any challenges I've had in the past. She knew I wanted something that was sustainable and could fit into my current lifestyle. Honestly, her accountability and encouraging me to get back up and continue exercising after slipping and also push my comfort levels was so helpful. I was putting all the wrong types of pressure on myself and she helped me move past the mental blocks that were holding me back. MyBodyTutor was exactly what I needed and, if I ever feel myself slipping, I won't hesitate to come back!

My journey with MyBodyTutor. I hadn’t worked out consistently since having kids, and over time I completely lost my routine and rhythm. It honestly felt hopeless trying to get it back. I knew nutrition had to be the starting point, so I began searching for help. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a kid—at my heaviest I was 330 lbs at 5’11”, which is not where I wanted to be long-term. I was constantly stuck in a cycle—doing well for a bit, then falling off and starting over again.
