I’m so grateful for the support and guidance I received from MyBodyTutor. MyBodyTutor is a committed group that will work very hard to help your eating. Your coach communicates daily with you and cares, giving you tips and advice to improve your eating. Keeping a log of your eating helps you see where you can create areas of improvement without feeling punitive. Adam sends videos and is actively involved also. You feel like you no longer have to do it alone. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

Thank you for creating such a life changing program! I have attempted to lose the "last 10 pounds" more than I can count. It felt like I had tried everything: Weight Watchers, Keto, counting calories and weighing everything I ate. I certainly lost weight with every program. However, it just wasn't sustainable. I could not go through life never having a piece of fruit or some cheesecake. As a last ditch effort, I decided to give MyBodyTutor a try. It truly changed my life. My initial goal was to lose 10 pounds. If I did so, I would be at a weight I hadn't seen since getting married in my early 20s. I never expected to be able to lose 15+ pounds and be at my high school weight. That seemed nearly impossible 8 months ago. The most amazing thing is how easily the weight came off. I did make some changes to my eating habits, but they were all things I could maintain for the rest of my life. I eat fruit almost every day. I occasionally indulge in a sweet treat. I did not have to give up the homemade sourdough bread I love. With the help of my amazing tutor, we were able to come up with a plan that worked for me. Through our weekly calls and her help with my mindset, things began to change. She was the perfect cheerleader and accountability coach that I needed. For the first time in 40 years losing weight was NOT one of my New Year's resolutions. Thank you, My Body Tutor!

The last few years, I cycled between extremes: I would be really strict for a few days, blow it, and then swing to overindulgence. I would feel bad about overindulging and then go strict again to compensate. MyBodyTutor taught me the key is being consistent, not perfect. When I started being more consistent, the weight fell off slow but steady. The healthy habits I have developed over the last few months are now second nature which I believe will help me sustain my progress. Amy was an amazing coach. She was faithful to give feedback everyday. Her coaching and accountability are what made the difference! I appreciate MyBodyTutor! I’ve been trying to lose 20 pounds for over a decade. MyBodyTutor was the only thing that worked for me!

When I started on my weight loss journey, I went through bursts of inspiration where I exercised hard for 2 days, then didn't exercise for a week and that repeated for 2-4 months. I tried a few different online programs, coaches, tracking apps, and just kept dropping off after a few days/weeks. I was in a spiral where I would feel great about exercising, then feel bad that I stopped, and get discouraged that I couldn't keep going. All those programs that I tried didn't have any type of accountability, which made it easy for me to give up when I felt discouraged. I went looking again for a coaching program that could help give me accountability from someone that truly understood what I needed. When I found MyBodyTutor, I read all the information on the website and it sounded great... but of course, all the other programs also sounded great before I started. Searching deeper, I found a lot of additional testimonials and Reddit posts where people posted about their experiences. No one really said what was being done or how the plan worked, but there was enough that led me to take the chance. After signing up, I was basically immediately contacted by Adam and connected with my coach shortly after. During the first few calls, I knew this program was going to be completely different from anything I've done before. I was expecting things like calorie counting, nutrition plans, weight loss targets, macros, and recommended exercises... things that everyone always talks about. We ended up doing NONE of that (which is a good thing). My coach asked me about my intake form and what my actual goals are. She made sure to poke at some of my excuses and ask about any challenges I've had in the past. She knew I wanted something that was sustainable and could fit into my current lifestyle. Honestly, her accountability and encouraging me to get back up and continue exercising after slipping and also push my comfort levels was so helpful. She helped me get more in tune with my body and be more forgiving to myself. I was putting all the wrong types of pressure on myself and she helped me move past the mental blocks that were holding me back. MyBodyTutor was exactly what I needed and, if I ever feel myself slipping, I won't hesitate to come back!

My journey with MyBodyTutor. I hadn’t worked out consistently since having kids, and over time I completely lost my routine and rhythm. It honestly felt hopeless trying to get it back. I knew nutrition had to be the starting point, so I began searching for help. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a kid—at my heaviest I was 330 lbs at 5’11”, which is not where I wanted to be long-term. I had success losing weight when I was younger, but after starting a family, the weight slowly crept back on year after year. Food controlled my thoughts. I was constantly stuck in a cycle—doing well for a bit, then falling off and starting over again. In December 2025, I looked at my life—my two young, active boys and my amazing wife—and decided enough was enough. I needed to change—not just for them, but for myself. I originally set out to find a nutritionist, but when I came across MyBodyTutor, something about it felt different. Before MyBodyTutor, I did not eat very well and was largely clueless about what a true healthy diet was, even though I’m a doctor myself. I tried an online coach once who only recorded steps, calories, and weight. That did nothing to increase my knowledge or change my habits. I asked ChatGPT about a weight loss coach or similar where one had a personal relationship with the coach and where one could be in touch on a regular basis, and ChatGPT suggested MyBodyTutor. The only thing that almost held me back from signing up was that I thought it was a lot of money, but I figured I needed help. My goal was weight loss, but I thought perhaps the key was to learn to eat less. What I learned through my work with MyBodyTutor was to eat right. I have lost 5 kg since I started, so not a massive weight reduction, but even more important, my diet is so much healthier, and for the first time in my adult life I don’t really have to fight hunger anymore. My meals are solid and keep me satiated. I reduced unhealthy snacking a lot because I am full after meals. What made the biggest difference was the close contact with MyBodyTutor and the flexible and experimental approach, and it was very successful. We would exchange ideas, try a new component to a meal, a new timing for a meal, and see how it worked. You can learn a lot from working with a tutor, and you probably will both get the advice and also the support needed.

I've struggled with emotional eating my whole life and genuinely never believed I could change my habits. After decades of trying different solutions I was drawn to MyBodyTutor because of the mindfulness element. My coach was phenomenal and helped me rebuild my relationship with food and physical activity. After 8 months of making small and conscious daily choices my negative habits really started to transform. It feels like a weight has been lifted and I feel a sense of control and confidence that I never thought possible.

I LOVE this program!. My coach is amazing! I was nervous about the cost but I bit the bullet for the first time in years. Trust me, It's worth it! I’m seeing sustainable results. I'm loving how my mindset is shifting. I'm not eating junk just because. I'm eating intentionally and changing my relationship with food. I also love how MyBodyTutor doesn't act as if we're living in a bubble. Real life happens, and I’m learning how to work through it properly. The accountability is seriously the missing key to so many programs out there!! I'm down to the lowest weight I’ve been at since December 2023 and I’m only 3 months in. I tell everyone about it because I’ve tried EVERYTHING under the sun except “pills and shots” to get my weight manageable. I’ve had a few not so good days along the way, I tend to beat myself up, but my tutor is gracious and helps me get right back on track. Changing my mindset every step of the way. I just wish there was a little bit cheaper plan.

I found MyBodyTutor on the internet while searching for healthy ways to help me lose weight. The only concern I had was the cost. It did feel a little expensive. My goals were to learn to be an intuitive eater. I wanted to lose my fear of food. I wanted to learn how to make food be something that I could enjoy. It was something I sought for comfort and then I would feel awful and the cycle continued. This program gave me some specific guidelines for my eating and so many little tricks. That has made such a difference for me. I have lost the weight I wanted and I have kept it off. The most unbelievable thing - I lost weight over the holidays and I did not feel deprived. I felt energized and was not scared to go to functions. I had a plan. I really appreciated that this program did not center around the scale. I felt that it was centered around the changes I wanted to make. I thought the daily journaling and working with a coach was extremely helpful. I lost the weight I wanted. I have recommended this program to others. I still read the new and old emails from Adam. I find them very insightful. I was overall very pleased that I did this program.

Have you ever said to yourself, “I’ve had it! Something has to change!”? When searching on Google for whatever that something might be, I came across MyBodyTutor, and the phrase that caught my attention was “this is the last diet you will ever try.” I thought to myself, “yeah, right, but wouldn’t that be great?” I have been a life long dieter. I’ve never had that much to lose - 10 to 15 pounds, but I’ve done it over and over again, always gaining it back. I was even a health coach for 3 years! With MyBodyTutor, I was paired with a knowledgeable one-on-one coach who helped with meal planning, healthy food options, and planned indulgences. I never counted calories or felt like I was on a “diet”. I was eating food that I loved and that was good for my body. The best part was that it's sustainable for life! Of course there were times I “fell off the wagon” and wanted to quit, but my coach wouldn’t let me and never made me feel guilty. Since then I have learned how to re-group if necessary, how to plan indulgences thoughtfully, and mostly how to enjoy real food. Thank you to everyone at MyBodyTutor for your patience and commitment to this program. This is truly the last “diet" I will ever need.

MyBodyTutor changed everything about how I thought about health. It made me realize that my relationship with food, how I feel about food, and my ability to stop extreme fasting, control, diets, and the mental tricks we try to play with ourselves, was actually the secret. MyBodyTutor taught me to listen to myself, hear what my body actually needs, and be present enough to act on it. Working with MyBodyTutor was one of the best experiences of my life. It feels so good to be off the hamster wheel of new programs, diets, and tactics and instead have something I can feel calm and clear in forever.

I can’t say enough about how helpful the team at MyBodyTutor, especially my coach, Conor, have been in helping me break my unhealthy habits with food. I’ve struggled for years to lose weight and tried every diet out there, but MyBodyTutor’s system of personal accountability and encouragement have finally helped me break the cycle of dieting - discouragement - binging. I know this will last because they have helped change my relationship with food and establish some really good habits that are now part of a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. There were moments along the way when I wanted to give up because the scale wasn’t changing quickly enough, but Conor was able to help me stay focused on my long-term goals rather than on short-term gratification. I am so thankful for these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels stuck in the same cycle. The investment is significant up front, but the payoff is more than worth it!

I'd gotten fit before, but I needed a lot of practical advice. I’d tried keto and calorie restriction on my own, but I wanted more practical remedies: a schedule, check-ins, and habits I could stick with. I heard about MyBodyTutor from Sam Parr, and at first the price almost held me back. But I’m glad I started and I have the practical toolset to continue and do what I need to do. MyBodyTutor’s daily coaching is pretty incredible!
