I’m learning so much about how to approach my eating. And I am confident that I won’t give up on getting to my goal this time. For one, my tutor (Cheryl) won’t let me give up on myself! She is amazing! I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!.

I LOVE this program!. My coach is amazing! I was nervous about the cost but I bit the bullet for the first time in years. Trust me, It's worth it! I’m seeing sustainable results. I'm loving how my mindset is shifting. I'm not eating junk just because. I'm eating intentionally and changing my relationship with food. I also love how MyBodyTutor doesn't act as if we're living in a bubble. Real life happens, and I’m learning how to work through it properly. The accountability is seriously the missing key to so many programs out there!! I'm down to the lowest weight I’ve been at since December 2023 and I’m only 3 months in. I tell everyone about it because I’ve tried EVERYTHING under the sun except “pills and shots” to get my weight manageable. I’ve had a few not so good days along the way, I tend to beat myself up, but my tutor is gracious and helps me get right back on track. Changing my mindset every step of the way. I just wish there was a little bit cheaper plan.

For years, I struggled with my relationship with food and fitness. I tried quick fixes and relied on my own know-how, but nothing ever truly stuck. Working with Walter at MyBodyTutor changed that. Walter’s approach was different. Instead of strict rules or extreme diets, he focused on helping me build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and fitness. I found MyBodyTutor on the internet while searching for healthy ways to help me lose weight. The only concern I had was the cost. It did feel a little expensive. My goals were to learn to be an intuitive eater. I wanted to lose my fear of food. I wanted to learn how to make food be something that I could enjoy. It was something I sought for comfort and then I would feel awful and the cycle continued. This program gave me some specific guidelines for my eating and so many little tricks. That has made such a difference for me. I have lost the weight I wanted and I have kept it off. The most unbelievable thing - I lost weight over the holidays and I did not feel deprived. I felt energized and was not scared to go to functions. I had a plan. I really appreciated that this program did not center around the scale. I felt that it was centered around the changes I wanted to make. I thought the daily journaling and working with a coach was extremely helpful. I lost the weight I wanted. I have recommended this program to others. I still read the new and old emails from Adam. I find them very insightful. I was overall very pleased that I did this program.

Have you ever said to yourself, “I’ve had it! Something has to change!”? When searching on Google for whatever that something might be, I came across MyBodyTutor, and the phrase that caught my attention was “this is the last diet you will ever try.” I thought to myself, “yeah, right, but wouldn’t that be great?” I have been a life long dieter. I’ve never had that much to lose - 10 to 15 pounds, but I’ve done it over and over again, always gaining it back. I was even a health coach for 3 years! With MyBodyTutor, I was paired with a knowledgeable one-on-one coach who helped with meal planning, healthy food options, and planned indulgences. I never counted calories or felt like I was on a “diet”. I was eating food that I loved and that was good for my body. The best part was that it's sustainable for life! Of course there were times I “fell off the wagon” and wanted to quit, but my coach wouldn’t let me and never made me feel guilty. Since then I have learned how to re-group if necessary, how to plan indulgences thoughtfully, and mostly how to enjoy real food. Thank you to everyone at MyBodyTutor for your patience and commitment to this program. This is truly the last “diet" I will ever need.

MyBodyTutor changed everything about how I thought about health. It made me realize that my relationship with food, how I feel about food, and my ability to stop extreme fasting, control, diets, and the mental tricks we try to play with ourselves, was actually the secret. MyBodyTutor taught me to listen to myself, hear what my body actually needs, and be present enough to act on it. Working with MyBodyTutor was one of the best experiences of my life. It feels so good to be off the hamster wheel of new programs, diets, and tactics and instead have something I can feel calm and clear in forever.

I can’t say enough about how helpful the team at MyBodyTutor, especially my coach, Conor, have been in helping me break my unhealthy habits with food. I’ve struggled for years to lose weight and tried every diet out there, but MyBodyTutor’s system of personal accountability and encouragement have finally helped me break the cycle of dieting - discouragement - binging. I know this will last because they have helped change my relationship with food and establish some really good habits that are now part of a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. There were moments along the way when I wanted to give up because the scale wasn’t changing quickly enough, but Conor was able to help me stay focused on my long-term goals rather than on short-term gratification. I am so thankful for these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels stuck in the same cycle. The investment is significant up front, but the payoff is more than worth it!

Brett and the MyBodyTutor team were amazing. I went from 22% body fat to 15% body fat, while significantly increasing muscle mass in a short time period due to his guidance. I would highly recommend MyBodyTutor, it changed my life!

I'd gotten fit before, but I needed a lot of practical advice. I’d tried keto and calorie restriction on my own, but I wanted more practical remedies: a schedule, check-ins, and habits I could stick with. I heard about MyBodyTutor from Sam Parr, and at first the price almost held me back. But I’m glad I started and I have the practical toolset to continue and do what I need to do. MyBodyTutor’s daily coaching is pretty incredible!

Before working with MyBodyTutor, I had done a lot of work to learn about and improve diet and exercise. For about 20 years! (fad diets, serious nutrition study, personal trainers, gym memberships, you name it) I also had seen therapists to address underlying emotional issues. I tried MyFitnessPal and other calorie-counting apps, and it worked for a little while. But you can count calories without changing habits! I heard about MyBodyTutor through an online search for a health coach, and I was hoping to have some accountability and also to have someone (who was trained) thinking about what would help me establish better habits. Even so, I wasn’t sure if I could find the right coach, the right person. Since joining, I hit my goal weight relatively quickly and have stayed at it for over 6 months now (close to 9 months). I have also learned what it feels like to regulate my eating based on hunger and fullness cues, something entirely lacking from every other approach to health that I tried! What stood out was being listened to by the coach. Thoughtful questions aimed at thoughtful progress, and accountability was also a big piece. This program really helps you get to the “why” behind your habits, and understand what a path forward requires and feels like. Commit for a year and be honest with yourself and your coach, and you’ll see lifetime change!

I cannot overstate the impact MyBodyTutor has made on my life. The 5 second summary: If you are looking to take control of your life nutritionally and physically, and it is within your budget, don’t hesitate to take the leap; you will not regret it. I approached MyBodyTutor with somewhat restrained goals. I knew that my biggest opportunity was around food, but was overwhelmed with how to begin making changes. My initial work with my tutor wasn’t counting calories or designing a multi-week strategy of food, but facing and coming to terms with what I was eating at the time. Rather than turning everything upside down, he walked me through a couple rules of thumb for balancing meals and opened me up to small changes. It started with slowly cutting back on meal size while adding in more satisfying and nutritionally complete elements. Week by week, it all adds up, and I am unrecognizable to where I was when I started. I’ve crushed even the most ambitious goals that I could have hoped for. MyBodyTutor wasn’t about making enormous changes at once, but collaborating to find iterative steps that let me direct everything to the goals that I have. This style of change let me build my diet sustainably and establish a lifestyle that I can live with for the rest of my life. Nothing is off limits, but I am aware of the trade offs that any decision brings. Knowing that I am in control, not just at the mercy of my emotions and habits, is an empowering feeling. That feeling more than any number on a scale or picture in the mirror makes it all worth it. Thank you to Adam and all the tutors for empowering me to change my life. I never thought that I would get here, but now I know that I’ll never go back!

I want to take a moment to share how much I’ve valued this experience. MyBodyTutor has been, without question, the most effective program I’ve ever used for weight loss and health. The concept is brilliant, and the execution is even better. Specifically, I want to highlight the incredible support I’ve received from my coach. He has been instrumental in helping me establish the habits I have today. I now feel fully equipped to take these lessons and apply them to my daily life independently.

The program was very helpful in guiding me to eat properly as well as sticking to an exercise regimen. Although I was worried that I wouldn't be able to handle the app, I found it easy to use. Submitting information throughout the day as to what I was eating, drinking and exercise, was very helpful. I didn't drink much water before but now I have increased my intake dramatically. Most of all, my coach, Amy, was always available, quick to respond to questions and provide me guidance and suggestions. I would highly recommend this program.

I started my journey with MyBodyTutor a month ago and have already lost 10 pounds…all while not counting a calorie. Never knew that was possible! Knowing I have a coach to communicate with directly and lean on when I need help has made all of the difference.

MyBodyTutor is by far the most effective program I have used. It helped me reset my food and exercise habits, regain a sense of control of my health, and lose weight. At 55, I have tried all sorts of weight loss programs including at major healthcare corporations with a lot of evidence behind them. MyBodyTutor beats them all because it puts the psychology of habit change and an understanding of human nature at the heart of the program. I was happily surprised that the tracking app does not require tracking every single bite or calorie: Rather, you take photos and describe what you're eating as needed to help you make mindful decisions. MyBodyTutor is exactly what I was looking for and I share that regularly. I love having a coach who is encouraging me through the process. This whole experience has been so positive! The price seems to be a sticking point for some people. Once you are in it, you realize it is a learning experience rather than a weight loss program. You learn how to eat healthy for the rest of your life. As an educator, I understand the value in that. However, because this is different from other programs, maybe people don’t understand that this isn’t a consumable that goes away after you use it. It is a skill and mindset that can be applied day after day for the rest of your life! I truly am appreciative of the work that MyBodyTutor offers. What I thought were weaknesses, I’m learning are normal behaviors that can be modified and tamed. That is truly powerful! Thank you for the work you do!!
