"I wasn't really interested in losing weight in the past and always was active. A nutritionist even told me my weight was fine and having a little \"extra\" as we age is beneficial. But a cardiologist said I should lose some weight, and my desire to look and be more healthy kicked in.\r\n\r\nI had hoped to lose 20 pounds with permanent changes of habits.
