First, a little something about me. I am a mom to three boys. My husband and I are both physicians and I practice in the pediatric emergency department. I also teach medical students and do research. My schedule is all over the place and finding routines is difficult. I am not someone who likes to ask for help, and I struggle with anxiety from time to time. Between my incredible coach, Kristin, and Adam's daily, accessible, and practical bits of wisdom (which I still hear in my head all the time), I slowly started to believe that I would be successful. And then I was. Now I shop for food differently, I read labels differently, I talk to myself differently. I have a newfound sense of control over my health, even amidst the chaos that life brings daily. If you are wondering if MyBodyTutor is right for you, I urge you to give it a try. It has changed my life.
