Before MyBodyTutor, I felt like my eating habits were simply out of my control. They were beyond me. I’d sit and eat without thinking, and it felt like there was nothing I could do about it. Nothing I could do about my weight or even how I felt about myself. I’ve been on pretty much every weight control fad that’s ever existed. But what I really needed was someone to report to — honestly — who could give me good suggestions and feedback. I actually found MyBodyTutor by searching for a food accountability app. I wasn’t sure at first. I worried I’d get a finger-wagging every day, and that would’ve never worked for me. But that’s not what this is. I started at 139.5 pounds and ended at my goal weight of 127 - nothing crazy, I just wanted to feel good about myself again. The personal, interactive relationship with a tutor is outstanding. You build a real relationship—and as they get to know you, they learn how to help you. If you’re thinking about joining: Do it!

Working with MyBodyTutor has been an absolute game changer for me. My coach's positive support and thoughtful guidance have made a huge difference in how I approach food, activity, and mindset. One recent win really stood out: while dining out, I instinctively asked about healthier side options instead of defaulting to fries, something I never would’ve done in the past. When I started this journey, I worried I’d fall into old habits of self-sabotage. But with MyBodyTutor's help, I’m learning to work with myself rather than against. I'm genuinely excited about the progress I'm making, and although I still have a long way to go, it no longer feels impossible. This month marks my 1 year anniversary with My Body Tutor. It also marks my new "Day 1". Why Day 1? It's because I'm ready to take the tools, the coaching and the mindset I learned from the program and make it my lifestyle. And that's going to be easy because it already IS my lifestyle, thanks to you guys. I'm not "leaving" the program. It's forever with me. That was always the whole point - to find a path to health, strength, happiness and fitness that is sustainable and enjoyable. It's now part of me. I cannot thank you enough. This program has been one of the very best experiences I have had and at 52 years old, I can approach the present and the future with confidence and optimism about my health and overall well-being. The way you outline the program and support it with ongoing mindset "boosts" is terrific. On top of that, my trainer, Brett, was a constant source of wisdom, positive reinforcement and motivation. I would strongly recommend My Body Tutor to everyone. No matter your age or where you are in your fitness or wellness journey, this program will bring tremendous value; value that endures over time doesn't leave you. You've got a big fan here, Adam. I'm most excited about the habits I'm building and how much more mindful I've become with my eating. I also didn’t think I could still enjoy going out to restaurants but I can! I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I worked with Walter from MyBodyTutor, and his approach was exactly what I needed. Before starting the program, I filled out a questionnaire about my preferences and goals, and Adam didn't disappoint in pairing me with the right coach. I had been stuck at 185 lbs for the past couple of years and was primarily looking to drop about ten pounds. Walter helped me analyze my food choices and eating patterns (like late-night snacking) and, without drastically changing my meal plan, offered valuable suggestions such as cutting back on "extras" — essentially condiments that were adding another 200+ calories to my daily intake. For me, the program is more of a psychological and accountability program vs. receiving a cookie cutter online meal plan; although I understand they can help you develop a meal plan if you desire. In just two months working with Walter, I went from 185 to 173.5 lbs, and I'm still losing weight using the tools and strategies he helped implement into my routine. If I ever feel myself sliding back, it would be an easy decision to return and work with them again. Thanks guys!

MyBodyTutor changed my life. After years of casually working out but never taking it seriously, MyBodyTutor helped me drop my body fat from ~20% to sub 10% over the course of a few months. I continued to work with MyBodyTutor as we cemented the habits of living a healthy lifestyle and navigated whatever challenges got in the way of that. Really grateful for MyBodyTutor.

My experience with MyBodyTutor was very postive. I had a wonderful coach and with her help and that of Adam I lost 36 pounds. I went from a size 16 to a size 10. The program works because it holds you accountable and gives you tools to lose weight. I would recommend the program to anyone and felt it was all that I expected.

What a great value MyBodyTutor is! I’m so incredibly grateful for this program!I have spent around six months with My Body Tutor. During this time I have been able to fine-tune my eating, my macronutrients and my exercise routine to help accomplish my goals. I love having the option to either use photos or use a calorie-counting app to track my daily habits. Heather was an incredible cheerleader and encourager, but also helped to keep me accountable. She also gave great meal & snack suggestions. I was amazed at how helpful Adam’s weekly emails were to help me with the psychological and emotional aspect of eating/lifestyle. These were power packed with inspiration which kept me much more motivated! Thanks a million, MyBodyTutor!!!

It was hard for me to look at myself in the mirror and love what I saw. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong, but I knew I wanted to fix it. I had lost myself and needed to find myself once again. I’d tried cutting out different food groups before, but it was hard to keep up and maintain. My family knew how much I wanted to get my health back on track, so they looked online and found MyBodyTutor for me. I was hoping for a little bit of everything—weight loss, consistency, confidence, and help building a better relationship with food (something I’ve never really had). And I can say MyBodyTutor has truly, truly helped me with all of that. The one thing that almost held me back was fear. Fear that it wouldn’t work. Fear that nothing would change. But now? My starting weight was 173 and I’m now down to 146 and proud of myself. I can look in the mirror and genuinely love what I see. I’ve never felt so confident! I have finally lost the stubborn 10lbs that I could not shed despite years of various diets and exercise. My eating habits and mindset around food have shifted. My coach is part nutritionist, part trainer, part therapist. I have already referred 4 friends. I am so grateful for My Body Tutor.

I signed up for My Body Tutor because I had tried so many things and haven't had success. I felt that the coaching would provide support and accountability that would help me prioritize my health. I thought I knew everything about diet and exercise and I learned many new life hacks, like understanding if I could eat a little of something and be satisfied, or if a small taste led to a cascade of bad choices and I needed to abstain from that item. I really loved that I didn't have to measure and weigh things, but instead use very practical "eye guides" to figure out portions. I benefited from my coach so much who never made me feel bad or guilty, but always went into problem solving mode with me. If it didn't work for me, it was OK, we tried another strategy. The understanding and empathy were unlike anything else I've ever experienced.

My name is Bennett Blau and I'm 63 years old. I like to think of myself as a reformed dieter that has a lack of willpower. And you know what, in our age of social media and incredible pressure to look a certain way and to follow fleeting "protocols" and rigid steps to a "better you," I'm ok with describing myself that way because of the transformational work the team at MyBodyTutor and I have accomplished. Diets and willpower to varying degrees have offered me short-term results over many years, but those results have always been short term. MyBodyTutor, with its model of coaching that is compassionate and empathetic while at the same time has held me accountable without shame or negative inputs, has completely transformed my relationship with food and exercise which I believe is the key for sustainable health and wellness as it relates to the way I feed my body and keep it moving. I'm so much kinder to myself now about how I eat, how I stay present while eating in order to focus on whether I'm satisfied or not, how I manage my portions without feeling deprived and just generally approach feeding my body to live a life of abundance rather than deprivation. My experience with MyBodyTutor and my incredible coach has been amazing and as I said earlier, transformational. I've lost weight, met my goals but more importantly feel like I have the tools and the mindset that will sustain me for the rest of my life to continue down the path of wellness with a weight I'm much happier about and an attitude about exercise that is much more sustainable. I've referred a couple of friends to MyBodyTutor who are working with coaches today and I talk about my experience with MyBodyTutor every chance I get. I can't recommend MyBodyTutor enough. After having tried many, if not all of the fad diets and programs out there over the past several decades without success, I decided to give MyBodyTutor a try as the daily accountability was something that intrigued me. Unlike other programs that try to get you to eat specific foods or lose weight in a certain amount of time, MyBodyTutor really approaches it from a holistic perspective with the focus on mindset and not food. I found this to be refreshing and helpful. The daily accountability to a personal coach and the customization of the program for me specifically, was what I needed to break through. I had a significant mindset shift which I believe has put me on the right track to live a healthy lifestyle going forward. I lost over 80 lbs over the last year with the support of MBT. I’d always been heavy, but as I got older emotional eating and lack of activity lead to my weight creeping ever higher. I bought all the books and tried all the fads. I lost weight, but gained it all back, with interest. I hated how I felt, how tight my clothes had gotten, and how challenging even basic physical activity started to feel. I was miserable and ready to try something different, but the amount of information out there was overwhelming and often contradictory. I had a friend suggest I try some form of coaching. A quick Google search led me to MBT, and I am so grateful it did. It was exactly what I needed! The accountability and encouragement my tutor provided gave me something to lean on while the food and movement work, I was putting in slowly started to become habit. Then the habits slowly became discipline. The best part is that the discipline grew naturally, in a way that suited my personality and life. It wasn’t just copying something that worked for someone else, it was mine. That’s what is so powerful about MBT, it helps you cultivate your own version of healthy. I am so grateful for MBT. It changed my life!

Amy—my personal coach from MyBodyTutor—helped me loose 22 lbs in 10 weeks. She gave me both practical advice that was catered to my personal needs and mindset advice that helped me improve my habits. Having someone to be accountable to was key for me. I definitely recommend it!
