I highly recommend MyBodyTutor, although I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't really want to make a change. I've seen great results so far. Now it's just a matter of sticking with it until I reach my goal. I'm very happy with the service and think it's incredibly effective + really think the people are top notch. I always feel like I’m getting my money’s worth and that you guys actually care, instead of being some money grab without the least effort put in. I was very happy with the initial onboarding + communication with Adam + goal setting form + my coach. I've tried other coaching services in other areas unrelated to health and MyBodyTutor is leagues above these other more expensive services.

I’ve tried carefully moderating my food intake before but always ended up feeling like I was depriving myself. I also tried working out crazy intensely but not changing my diet, and I just wasn’t able to find sustainable results. I worried my body would be forever changed after having kids. Before I had kids, I felt strong and fit, but it’s been a yo-yo trying to find a new balance with my body after three births! I found MyBodyTutor through Brandon Turner and hoped I would be able to make sustainable lifestyle choices that I could truly, honestly live with and carry with me. I wanted to have energy to play with my kids and stamina to push myself physically at the gym. And that’s exactly what I got. At first, I was hesitant to pay the money for it, but ultimately I decided if I had to hire a personal trainer and personal chef, I was going to be paying more than the monthly cost anyway. Now, I am strong. I can carry my baby as long as I want to and not have to put her down because my arms are tired. I wrestle my two boys every day, and we run and play and hike and swim and do whatever we can think of together. I have a much healthier relationship with food, and I don’t fall back on my comfort foods nearly as often as I used to. I am so incredibly proud of my body, and I have come to really accept and value the beautiful thing that it is. I actually grew up hating fad diets. I watched what they did to my family members and their mental games they had to play with themselves, and I detested it. I also had a nutrition teacher way back in high school who basically went through and debunked all the fad diets of the day. I just never believed that stuff could actually work in a SUSTAINABLE way. Plus, I wanted my body to be truly healthy, not stuck in a state of ketosis or struggling to get energy. MyBodyTutor is the EXACT thing I was looking for: a place that focuses on the whole reason around your health. The psychology, the emotions, the mindset, the goal-orientedness, the sustainability, and took into account MY preferences. I never felt guilted or shamed into doing anything. They very much understood that it was my journey and were awesome guides through it. Past experiences sometimes teach us to fear trying something new. Don’t let it. This is the healthiest way I have ever come across to take control of your health, change your lifestyle, and fall back in love with the amazing body you’ve been given.

MyBodyTutor is exactly what I've been looking for! My coach, Sena, is amazing, this program is amazing and I’ve been shouting it from the rooftops! The accountability combined with Sena’s guidance to make small and sustainable changes over time has been life changing. I have energy like I’ve never had before and my self confidence is soaring. I can’t thank you enough for this program!!

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I have tried so many other products, apps, 1:1 programs, and while I've not lost weight I've either bounced back or given up because it's just no fun. My original goal when joining was to lose the last 5lbs. But, I was so tired of dieting and couldn't find the necessary commitment to do it. With the help of my tutor, I've switched goals to learning not to obsess over food, find better balance and work towards being a more mindful eater. So.Much.Better.

Since joining MyBodyTutor, I've been able to leave perfectionism behind and let go of the I’ll start tomorrow habit. Of course, I’m excited about the weight loss but I’ve come so far in my thinking in 2 weeks - it’s amazing. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I've enjoyed the process so far and feel like I am making meaningful changes to my eating and nutritional habits by incorporating new tools developed with my coach. With other plans, I found that my follow-through and execution diminished after the first month. With MyBodyTutor, I feel like I'm as engaged and eager to change today as I was when I started a few months ago, and that new habits will lead to lasting change. I highly recommend the program!

The biggest struggle that I had prior was portion control and having a massive sweet tooth. I was eating way too much and, at times, just stress eating. In the past, I tried to get fit by hiring a personal trainer, training a lot, eating the same thing every day, fasting. The one aspect that I was missing was that none of these were sustainable for the long term. Sure, I would lose weight during and get in better shape, but I would go back to where I was. I found out about MyBodyTutor through a podcast where they were sharing the best products/services that they had used for the past years. The main doubt that initially held me up was trying the prior attempts at getting healthy and those not working. But my hope was to build a lifestyle around nutrition and exercise that could be sustainable for the many years to come. I can confidently say that I did reach my goals and have finally developed a healthy lifestyle with Brett. I now have more energy, am the strongest that I have ever been, and have lost 50 lbs. I have now built an exercise routine and nutrition mindset to structure meals that right way. I feel MyBodyTutor is different in terms of the nutritionist and coaches working and individualizing the plan to fit your life. For instance, if there is a food that you don't want to give up then you just work a plan around it to incorporate it. A lot of the other plans will give you sprints where you lose weight, but it comes right back since you didn't build the skills. I would say that it is not easy to admit that you are not healthy, but health is wealth, and that should always be prioritized. Also, it won't be easy to make all these changes, but I live by the quote, "Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life." It may be a difficult choice in the beginning, but it will make for a more pleasant and lively life!

The accountability I got from MyBodyTutor was the impulse I needed to get my fitness plans out of my head and into reality. Best part is that I am still looking forward to what I eat every day. So worth it!

With regards to MBT, I think it's probably perfect. Matt Burke does a fantastic job keeping me educated, supported and accountable. This was the missing piece for me. Highly recommended!

Over the years, I’ve tried many different diets. My Body Tutor is by far the best. The focus is on long term, sustainable habits, rather than shedding massive weight in a few weeks. My coach, Mary Ann, was outstanding. She offered guidance to keep me on track without nagging. Highly recommended!

MyBodyTutor has been a game-changer for me these past few months. I've lost weight before, but after life got crazy and I gained some weight back, I couldn't seem to kickstart things and get back to where I wanted. MyBodyTutor's simple but effective method of accountability is what really made a difference to me. I knew what I needed to do, but it wasn't until I had a third party keeping me honest that I started to see results again. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I've been able to travel for work for weeks and still lose weight consistently. I’m able to still host and be social etc., and LOSE! And with no guilt when there is too much wine or calories. MyBodyTutor is a great program - thank you!

I didn't think I could stop binge eating desserts when I get stressed, but MyBodyTutor has helped me change my relationship with food. I'm really loving the program and my progress. Accountability is key! I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I've owned businesses in the fitness industry for over a decade. I've worked alongside the world's top fitness coaches. MyBodyTutor is completely unique to the world of nutrition coaching. I was binge-eating at night, and it would mess up my sleep and my energy for the next day. With eating, I've tried group coaching, one-on-one coaching, challenges, and even became an expert on the knowledge behind nutrition. What was missing in these was learning how to know what my body needs when I'm hungry. Often, it's not food. Through Sam Parr, I learned about MyBodyTutor. I was hesitant because I didn't know if it would work, and then I'd be out of time and money. But the results were better than I could have imagined. I haven't binge eaten in 6 months. I feel better. I look better. I no longer have that burden of fighting off food when the sun goes down.

I was insecure, unhappy, and experiencing joint pain and constant injuries. I was active on a daily basis, so I justified my extra weight because I still got lots of exercise. The exercise felt hard, but I was used to that after so long. I tried eating "healthy" and working out a lot to lose weight in the past. I could get a few pounds off but nothing more, and I could not get it to hold for very long. A friend found MyBodyTutor on Google, and I was hopeful to lose weight and feel better. I had doubts, though. I was convinced I was never going to lose weight after trying so many different programs that I was afraid to fail again. But now I am 50 pounds lighter, I feel amazing, and I am having so much more fun being active and getting dressed each day. I like looking in the mirror and seeing pictures of myself again. Most of my aches and pains have gone away. It has carried over in so many ways in my life that there is no doubt that I am committed to maintaining my new lifestyle. If I find myself regressing, it is a relief that MyBodyTutor will be there for me to get back on track. The daily support of my incredible coach, who was not judgmental, had a sense of humor, and reminded me that I do not always have to be perfect, is what led to my success in losing 50 pounds. I finally committed to cutting out the wine, carbs/starch, which made all the difference. Journaling and being held accountable with pictures and descriptions of my eating and exercise habits really gave me the perspective to be successful. Having a coach tell me I am doing great and to not give up after any screwup or lull in the process was key. I find eating between specific hours and keeping it within an 8-hour window to be super beneficial. Eating a savory breakfast and saving fruit snacks for after a meal is helpful. I stick to 3 meals a day and cut out the snacking. I make sure to do some sort of movement after eating, even if it is only a 10-minute walk. My plate is generally 2/3 veggies and 1/3 protein. If I am hungry and cannot satiate my "hunger" with a mint tea latte, then I choose a healthy snack over sugar or carbs. I now prioritize myself first and make sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. This program works!! It might seem annoying at first—time-consuming journaling and taking photos each day—but it is totally worth it. I expected someone to give me a diet to follow, but in reality, I needed to figure out what worked for me and was manageable, so I was not miserable on this journey. It feels good to be in control of what I eat and make my own decisions. It has taught me how to move forward without the support. I feel incredible and am so grateful for everyone at MyBodyTutor. I only wish I had found this program 15 years ago.
