Before MyBodyTutor, I would try to eat healthy, but when faced with unhealthy choices, I would find myself overeating. I was an emotional eater—I would eat when I was happy, sad, excited, stressed, bored, needed comfort, or just mindlessly. I had no consistency in my eating habits. As I got older, the weight just seemed to come on faster. I tried several programs, but would lose the weight and fall into old habits and regain it all. These programs were one-size-fits-all or relied on boxed foods, which was unsustainable. I was in a constant loop of yo-yo dieting. I’ve tried every new “program” out there. I would have temporary success, but the weight always found its way back. I’ve tried packaged meals, calorie restrictions, supplements, or restricting certain food categories. All of these were missing key elements—they weren’t feasible long term for my busy life. I didn’t have the personal feedback and accountability I needed. They weren’t personalized for me, and didn’t address my mindset or my long-term habits. I was so sick and tired of not being able to get my weight under control. I was desperately searching online for a program that would give me long-term success. I was literally thinking to myself, “They have life coaches, why don’t they have one-on-one weight loss coaches?” So I started googling weight loss coaching and found MyBodyTutor. The more I read on the website, the more I was convinced that MyBodyTutor was just what I needed. I am the type of person to take care of others before myself. I realized I needed to take this time to put my health as a priority and get my weight issues under control permanently. I hoped to make a lifestyle change that would allow me to enjoy eating healthy foods, exercise in ways that make my body and mind happy, and would help ensure I have many active years to spend with my husband, kids, and grandkids. I kept thinking that if I had enough grit and willpower, I could (and should) be able to do it on my own. I felt like I should be smart enough and have gained enough knowledge on diet and exercise over the years to just “do it.” I didn’t want to try yet another program and have to tell my family and myself that I failed again. But what I didn’t realize is how much I needed MyBodyTutor’s daily accountability, coaching, encouragement, and help to put an end to my emotional eating. I could not be happier with the success I have found with MyBodyTutor. My goal was to lose 25 pounds, but I’ve actually lost close to 35! I haven’t seen numbers like these on the scales in over 15 years! But I’m almost more excited about all the non-scale victories. I conquered emotional eating. My health and blood work numbers have improved substantially. I crave my daily exercise—it clears my mind, revitalizes me, and reduces my stress. I eat mindfully, and I don’t feel deprived. I have built healthy habits and consistency. I have made lifestyle changes that I can totally live with and carry forward. I have more energy and feel so much better overall. I love that MyBodyTutor is personalized for you! It takes into account your food likes/dislikes-a unique food plan just for you. Your coach is chosen specifically with your needs in mind. No other company does that. MyBodyTutor focuses on mindfulness, habits, reflection, and self-awareness. Their daily coaching, guidance, support, and accountability are key. MyBodyTutor is there every day, every step of the way. I would like to thank you, Adam, for building a company that can literally change people’s lives. Your dedication and belief in what can be accomplished are front and center. MyBodyTutor has been a game changer for me. My coach, Laurie, could not have been anymore perfect—she was an absolute match for me! I would encourage anyone to take that leap of faith and join. Make your health and yourself a priority. When I signed up with My Body Tutor, I was looking for accountability and a way to lose weight without counting calories and feeling restricted — and that’s exactly what I got. My coach’s approach struck the perfect balance between a healthy relationship with food and a firm commitment to my goals. We weren’t here to mess around, and I loved that philosophy from the start. Throughout the journey, my coach was compassionate and understanding, but always pushed me to do better. I learnt to eat more consistently, became a better cook, and developed a clear understanding of which foods keep me fuller and give me energy to get through my day. I never missed out on any social events and even went on holidays, all with the support of my coach. I also made other lasting lifestyle changes, like getting back into the gym. Now working out is a regular part of my routine that I actually look forward to. Externally, I’ve started to receive comments from people saying they’ve noticed my weight loss. But more importantly, internally, I feel so much more confident in my body. I recently went bikini shopping for the first time in years and it was a positive experience. I’m wedding dress shopping currently, and I am genuinely liking the way I look in the dresses I try on. It wasn’t easy, but losing weight honestly hasn’t been as hard as I thought it would be, thanks to the support and guidance I received. I truly believe that what I’ve learnt on this journey is sustainable and has prepared me for a healthy and fit future. I’m so glad I took the leap and joined My Body Tutor!

Before I started working with MyBodyTutor, I felt unhealthy—physically and mentally. I had to shop at big & tall stores, wore oversized clothes, and avoided being in pictures. Going into the office or meeting clients made me feel self-conscious. One of my biggest fears was that I’d end up with serious health issues. Deep down, I felt like I might never get control over it—and I’d just have to accept this was who I was now. I’d done Weight Watchers a few times. It worked at first, but eventually, I’d just stop using the app and the motivation would fade. What was missing was someone actually on the other side—checking in, helping me stay consistent, and teaching me how to do this in a sustainable way. I was doing a lot of online research for something long-term. I didn’t want just another diet—I wanted a lifestyle change I could actually stick with forever. I’d lost weight before, but always gained it back. Right before I started with MyBodyTutor, I was really struggling to even get going because I had zero accountability. That’s when I realized I needed something (or someone) to help keep me on track. I didn’t really have a specific goal weight in mind. I just wanted something that would finally help me change my habits and get me out of the cycle I was stuck in. I wanted a plan that would last. Honestly, I was nervous about opening up to a coach and being real about my habits. I wasn’t sure how personalized it would be—like, would it just be another “eat this, not that” program? I didn’t want another cookie-cutter diet filled with “diet foods.” I ended up losing almost 100 pounds. I had hoped for around 90, so that was incredible. But even more than the weight loss, the biggest win for me was discovering running. I went from doing zero exercise to now running regularly for over two years. I’ve even done half-marathons. Running has become a huge part of how I manage stress and stay grounded. What makes MyBodyTutor stand out is that it’s not about some big, overwhelming change. It’s about small, consistent tweaks that build over time. My coach really took the time to understand my habits and routines, and we made gradual changes that felt doable. That’s what makes it stick. This isn’t a diet—it’s a forever plan. If you’ve struggled to stay on track or to maintain weight loss, MyBodyTutor can really help. Having a coach in your corner makes a huge difference. There were plenty of weeks I felt like I messed up or wasn’t doing enough, but my coach always helped me stay level and not beat myself up. One moment that really stuck with me: early on, I told my coach it was hard to find time to exercise because I had to watch our 1-year-old in the mornings. My coach simply said, “Take him with you.” So I did. We started going for walks, then faster walks, and eventually I started running. That one little comment led to something that’s now a big part of my life. That’s what MyBodyTutor is about—little things that turn into big changes. I’m so grateful I found it. It really has changed my life.

Body Tutor is so beneficial, particularly when it comes to figuring out the “why” behind certain health choices I was making. My awesome coach helped me work through the emotions that were triggering my sugar binges and helped me develop strategies to accomplish my goal of a healthier lifestyle. I feel like this is the first program I’ve ever participated in that helped me develop life long behaviors for success. The weight loss that came with those behaviors has been a bonus! Highly recommend this program for anyone looking to make sustainable changes to benefit their health.

Where do I start? I have learned so much from Body Tutor about how to be healthy. I love how they find out how you eat and what you like to drink, then they work around those things that are your must haves. As you follow that personalized plan they create for you, the weight just falls off so naturally. I also love that movement is a big part of the journey. I started walking and that motion became lotion. I can now walk an amazing number of steps every day and I don’t miss my goal! I love it and I will never stop moving forward. Before starting with MyBodyTutor, I was feeling stuck. I had a decent understanding of nutrition and fitness, but I struggled to translate that into consistency. I’d cycle between bursts of motivation and long stretches of falling off track. I’d tried intermittent fasting, working with a personal trainer, and white-knuckling my way through with willpower—but nothing seemed to help me truly integrate healthy habits into my everyday life. I was frustrated and beginning to doubt whether real change was even possible for me. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! For the first time in my life, I bought ice cream on my partner's request, and didn't have any. It sat in my freezer for 3 days while my partner had ice cream, and it wasn't the biggest struggle - each day, it was just a calculation and a choice where I opted for other things instead. ALSO for the first time in my life, there is a pack of Albanese gummy bears sitting in my fridge that a friend gifted me on my birthday, and I've had a single serving so far, but opted for other items instead on the other days. I'll enjoy it in due time, but previously, the whole bag would be devoured within the hour! My relationship with food has completely changed.

Before MyBodyTutor, I felt like my eating habits were simply out of my control. They were beyond me. I’d sit and eat without thinking, and it felt like there was nothing I could do about it. Nothing I could do about my weight or even how I felt about myself. I’ve been on pretty much every weight control fad that’s ever existed. But what I really needed was someone to report to — honestly — who could give me good suggestions and feedback. I actually found MyBodyTutor by searching for a food accountability app. I wasn’t sure at first. I worried I’d get a finger-wagging every day, and that would’ve never worked for me. But that’s not what this is. I started at 139.5 pounds and ended at my goal weight of 127 - nothing crazy, I just wanted to feel good about myself again. The personal, interactive relationship with a tutor is outstanding. You build a real relationship—and as they get to know you, they learn how to help you. If you’re thinking about joining: Do it!

This month marks my 1 year anniversary with My Body Tutor. It also marks my new "Day 1". Why Day 1? It's because I'm ready to take the tools, the coaching and the mindset I learned from the program and make it my lifestyle. And that's going to be easy because it already IS my lifestyle, thanks to you guys. I'm not "leaving" the program. It's forever with me. That was always the whole point - to find a path to health, strength, happiness and fitness that is sustainable and enjoyable. It's now part of me. I cannot thank you enough. This program has been one of the very best experiences I have had and at 52 years old, I can approach the present and the future with confidence and optimism about my health and overall well-being. The way you outline the program and support it with ongoing mindset "boosts" is terrific. On top of that, my trainer, Brett, was a constant source of wisdom, positive reinforcement and motivation. I would strongly recommend My Body Tutor to everyone. I worked with Walter from MyBodyTutor, and his approach was exactly what I needed. Before starting the program, I filled out a questionnaire about my preferences and goals, and Adam didn't disappoint in pairing me with the right coach. I had been stuck at 185 lbs for the past couple of years and was primarily looking to drop about ten pounds. Walter helped me analyze my food choices and eating patterns (like late-night snacking) and, without drastically changing my meal plan, offered valuable suggestions such as cutting back on "extras" — essentially condiments that were adding another 200+ calories to my daily intake. For me, the program is more of a psychological and accountability program vs. receiving a cookie cutter online meal plan; although I understand they can help you develop a meal plan if you desire. In just two months working with Walter, I went from 185 to 173.5 lbs, and I'm still losing weight using the tools and strategies he helped implement into my routine. If I ever feel myself sliding back, it would be an easy decision to return and work with them again. Thanks guys!

MyBodyTutor changed my life. After years of casually working out but never taking it seriously, MyBodyTutor helped me drop my body fat from ~20% to sub 10% over the course of a few months. I continued to work with MyBodyTutor as we cemented the habits of living a healthy lifestyle and navigated whatever challenges got in the way of that. Really grateful for MyBodyTutor.

My experience with MyBodyTutor was very postive. I had a wonderful coach and with her help and that of Adam I lost 36 pounds. I went from a size 16 to a size 10. The program works because it holds you accountable and gives you tools to lose weight. I would recommend the program to anyone and felt it was all that I expected.

What a great value MyBodyTutor is! I’m so incredibly grateful for this program!I have spent around six months with My Body Tutor. During this time I have been able to fine-tune my eating, my macronutrients and my exercise routine to help accomplish my goals. I love having the option to either use photos or use a calorie-counting app to track my daily habits. Heather was an incredible cheerleader and encourager, but also helped to keep me accountable. She also gave great meal & snack suggestions. I was amazed at how helpful Adam’s weekly emails were to help me with the psychological and emotional aspect of eating/lifestyle. These were power packed with inspiration which kept me much more motivated! Thanks a million, MyBodyTutor!!!

It was hard for me to look at myself in the mirror and love what I saw. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong, but I knew I wanted to fix it. I had lost myself and needed to find myself once again. I’d tried cutting out different food groups before, but it was hard to keep up and maintain. My family knew how much I wanted to get my health back on track, so they looked online and found MyBodyTutor for me. I was hoping for a little bit of everything—weight loss, consistency, confidence, and help building a better relationship with food (something I’ve never really had). And I can say MyBodyTutor has truly, truly helped me with all of that. The one thing that almost held me back was fear. Fear that it wouldn’t work. Fear that nothing would change. But now? My starting weight was 173 and I’m now down to 146 and proud of myself. I can look in the mirror and genuinely love what I see. I’ve never felt so confident!
