I had a wonderful experience with MyBodyTutor over about 18 months. I entered the program feeling like I had no control over declining health, and was looking at a future of continually putting on weight and feeling awful about myself. I needed a total overhaul and that's what I got from my coach. One tiny habit at a time I've completely transformed the way I approach nutrition and fitness. It now feels natural and easy to workout consistently, and I've learned to choose foods based on how I want my body to feel, not just what sounds appealing in the moment. I feel like my time with my coach has sent me in a completely new and sustainable direction. I'm so grateful to have found MyBodyTutor!

Signing up for MyBodyTutor was truly one of the best decisions I could have made. I learned so much about myself and the psychology surrounding food. After being stuck for so long with cravings and not making progress with my physical goals, it was so surreal to start seeing improvement. But the difference between this and other programs is the long-term changes. I'm no longer eating to limit and deny myself, but my mindset is to truly care for my body and mindfully make my food decisions. Adam's heart is in this program, and the emails he sends are chalk full of wisdom and ah-ha moments. And my personal Body Tutor, Kirklin, became a good friend and held my hand as I learned to stand on my own again. 10/10 recommend them!

I’m honestly surprised with the changes I’ve made in the few short months with MyBodyTutor. My habits and thoughts around food are changing in a positive way. I view things differently around food and it’s very eye opening that my “bad” habits don’t define me. I’ve made it through the holidays without overdoing it, feeling positive about my progress and excited to keep going. I don’t feel deprived or that I missed out. I enjoyed a treat here or there, enjoyed some holiday meals, but continued to get back on track with prioritizing veggies and protein, my step goal and meeting or surpassing my exercise goal. It feels good to make myself a priority and it’s even better having someone on my side giving me suggestions to tweak or change certain things and also encourage me along the way. Daily accountability is huge, and MBT does that incredibly well. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I was a client of MyBodyTutor for six months, and I can honestly say that this is a true wellness experience in dealing with the psychological as well physical aspect of weight loss. I am 56 years old, and I have struggled with weight most of my life. My health coach, Lenora, was AMAZING with emotional support, daily feedback on eating better, and exercise routines! This was a phenomenal experience for a very reasonable price. I am not only a physically healthier person since doing this, but I have a peace of mind with weight that I never had before. Working with MyBodyTutor has been eye opening. I realized how unhealthy my habits were and basically re-learned what normal is. I've been working on my health for a long time on my own and struggled. Working with MyBodyTutor turned things around for me in a very short time (just a few months). The daily check ins helped me a lot and helped me focus on good habits which in turn created positive results. Can't recommend MyBodyTutor enough!

MyBodyTutor changed my life. It changed the patterns of thinking in my brain like nothing else has. And I want to thank Adam for the confetti and fireworks he has brought to my life. I have lost more than 30 pounds since June! I never thought i would be able to accomplish that as I have tried many other programs over the years with no success. What is most amazing to me is that I even lost weight through the holidays this year!! That is something I could never have imagined might happen.. So thank you for this program. I just can’t say it enough!

My Body Tutor is really great, and you should definitely check them out. This program helped me reach my fitness goals and get back to my normal self after a couple of years of being in a rut. The daily accountability is exactly what I needed to stay on track and make real progress. Knowing that someone is there check in on you every single day creates a level of consistency that’s hard to develop all on your own. My coach Walter was great, he was supportive and also made sure to not let me off the hook if I was slacking on my diet or workouts. Whether it was nutrition tips, workout adjustments, or just encouragement on tough days, Walter was always there to keep me moving forward. If you’re serious about making lasting changes and need some support, My Body Tutor is a great program to check out!

I'm really enjoying the program. For me, the daily accountability has been huge in helping me make better choices. I'm most excited about the weight loss and also just feeling better all around (mentally, emotionally, physically) with eating healthier and exercising. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I've been drinking up Adam's words of wisdom in the videos and the "Food for Thoughts" section like a person crawling in the desert. As this year ends, I wanted to share how helpful they've been, and to say thank you to MyBodyTutor. I've lost 35-37 lbs now since the end of April (it varies by the day!) I feel reborn. I'm stronger and fitter, and life is so much happier and easier. But the most important thing, I think, is that I am learning how to live better on all levels. Despite my loving parents who did their best, I think I never learned some essential life skills....and now, at the age of 69, I am learning them through this process. Persistence, choices, good but not perfect, trusting the process.....I'm starting to paint, and I can see how what I've learned through MyBodyTutor effects even how I'm learning new skills in art. As always, I am beyond grateful to my coach Jason! He has been so kind and wise and I cannot be thankful enough for all his help. I have at least 10-15 lbs to go to see if that is a weight range I want to stop at, so the journey continues. I am so hopeful about the future. My cancer is still in remission and I know that however long I have to live, it will be so much better because of MyBodyTutor.

For years I have been playing the "diet yo-yo game." I would lose a little and then put it back on, plus a few more pounds! With each round of dieting I would "dabble" in the things I had heard others talk about, or based on some article I read. I would try to eat extra protein for a month or so. I bought some creatine tablets and tried that for several weeks. I tried some whey powder I bought (Yuck!). I was tracking what I ate, but it didn't seem to do any good. My weight tracking looked like the stock market on a climb to new highs. As I approached my 60th birthday, and was hovering around a near highpoint in my weight, I decided I needed to do something a little more drastic than just "dabbling." My great idea was to look for a "Fat Camp" I could attend (They still have those, right....maybe just called something more friendly?). I did find some out there, but to my shock, they were asking for several thousand dollars for a single week of staying in a hotel and doing exercises together! I am way too cheap and my bank account is way too skinny for that to work! But the "Fat Camp" idea led me to explore other ways of making a long term difference. I thought maybe counseling of some sort was what I needed. I finally found my Perfect Solution: My Body Tutor. For a LOT less money than "Fat Camp," I was quickly set up with an expert coach that helped me work out a successful plan. I learned the importance of slow and steady progress because the quicker you take off the weight, the more likely you are to put it back on. My coach led me through slow changes over time, so you have time for each change to become a habit, before adding additional changes. If you change everything all at once, you will never stick to it. Here are a few of the keys to my successful plan. All of those things I tried to "dabble" in, had to come together in harmony, not just cherry picking a few changes here and there. I focused on: -How to ensure I am burning fat and not muscle -Getting the right amount of protein -Learning what really great tasting and high quality protein powder I should be using. -Treating data as my friend, which means weighing myself every day -How to use supplements to really help my progress (getting extra greens, electrolytes, probiotics and collagen). -My coach also told me which supplements were a waste of my money. -Getting out of my exercise rut with some great YouTube exercise options (Epic is fantastic). -Some great fitness experts to follow, to keep me motivated. All along the way, my coach gave me really helpful insights and answered multiple questions that I had. I now feel 100% equipped to live my life-long goal for health and fitness

The My Body Tutor program was definitely the right choice for me. With the help of my coach and the daily logins and feedback I have learned so much about how and what to eat, balanced plates, workouts and more. But just as important I learned that you can have indulgences and how to reset afterwards so that you continue to make progress. I don't believe I will ever have to search for another weight loss program. MBT has given me what I needed.

Prior to MyBodyTutor, I had the most success with Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem, but that was really just because I wasn't eating nearly enough. I would eat a very small amount of calories and didn't add any exercise to my daily life because the programs didn't require it. I lost weight quickly, but it was not sustainable. I just found myself super hungry every day and craving food so badly that the minute I stopped, I gained the weight back because I was so excited to jump back into eating. There also was no third-party factor to those other programs. I wasn't working with a real person; I was just logging food on my app. There was no accountability because it didn't matter regardless of what I put in the app and regardless of whether I filled out the app at all. The stakes were nonexistent. My self-confidence was not good at all. That was the main reason that I signed up for MyBodyTutor. I was just so unhappy with how I looked, especially since I have so many photos of myself when I was my ideal weight. I didn't feel good about myself, and it made me care less about what I wore, and I never wanted to take photos. I really wanted to change how I looked, but it was so difficult for me to actually put it into practice for some reason, even though I knew what had to be done: eat healthier and exercise. I would talk myself into either delaying my health journey or do it successfully for days at a time, have a day where I didn't eat as well, and then just give up. I had tried Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem, and while they worked at first, I found that I'd quickly gain back the weight. I realized that I needed to work with another person in order to make a change that would last, so I Googled looking for a health coach. MyBodyTutor was one of the first results that came up and had strong reviews. I was worried at first that this would be just like my other programs, where it'd help me at first, but then I'd throw all my work out the window when I stopped the program. But I was hoping that I'd lose weight and that it'd be sustainable for me. I wanted to be able to shed the pounds without feeling hungry or daydreaming about all the foods that I wish I could eat. I wanted to be able to go out to eat with friends without feeling like my diet was holding me back. I wanted to find something that could work with my lifestyle. I reached my goal and lost more than 30.5 lbs! I now feel happy with how I look and a lot more comfortable in my skin. Even more importantly, after 6.5 months of the program, the skills I learned are a part of my daily life. I've learned to be mindful of what I eat and to make good choices. I've learned that there's a way to integrate movement and exercise into my life in a way that's realistic and achievable (and even enjoyable!). I also learned that it's okay to indulge every now and then, and that it really all comes down to balance and listening to your body. While I loved being coached by Josua, I felt confident that I could stop the program after I reached my goal because of the foundation and tools he's given me. It's become second nature to think about my daily choices. How much protein have I had today? Can I choose a healthier alternative while out at dinner? Have I walked today or done any movement? What's going to make me feel my best? This program has changed my mindset in a healthy way. After successfully completing the program, it is very clear to me that Adam and his coaches genuinely care about your journey and goals. Yes, this is a business and thus inherently a client/company relationship, but I always could tell that my coach, Josua, was truly invested in me losing the weight and becoming healthier. Josua listened carefully on our weekly calls and read my daily reports closely, thoughtfully responding to every comment, question, and observation I had. Josua also really cared about my lifestyle and made it a point to ask me questions about it when we began working together. He wasn't just giving me a blanket diet/fitness plan. He wanted to know the foods I already like, the drinks I usually drink, how my job plays a role in my life, etc. He used this information to help me find ways to eat healthier and adopt exercise into my life while not having to completely change how I live. He made the transition into this new way of living as seamless as possible for me. He also took into consideration what I've tried before. In our first conversation, Josua asked whether I'd prefer that he tell me exactly what to eat or if I'd prefer that he give me broader parameters that I'd need to work within. I said I wanted him to tell me exactly what to eat, and he actually told me that he thought it'd be better to choose the other option BECAUSE of the programs I had tried in the past. I had already told him how and why Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem didn't work for me, and he heard that and understood that I needed something different. From the very beginning, Josua listened to what I said and thought carefully about the advice he gave me to cater and personalize it to my specific situation. He also was incredibly encouraging every step of the way, encouraging me to allow myself indulgences and cheat meals and reassuring me when I decided to take a rest day from my workouts. He provided accountability in a way that was understandable and supportive and always made me believe that my goal was within reach. He also went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. For example, when I was struggling to find protein sources as a pescatarian, he tapped into his network of coaches to ask those who are vegan about their preferred non-meat protein sources. Additionally, Adam is a great business leader. He took the time to chat with me on the phone (for no cost!) before I signed up so that I could learn more about the program. Also, when I met my goal and told him that I wanted to step away from the program, he completely supported me. He didn't try to stop me from leaving. He was straight to the point and very transparent every step of the way, which is very admirable. It's incredible what having someone keeping you accountable can do. It's also really exciting to know that YOU are making the difference in your life. Yes, your coach is helping you tremendously, and that is why MyBodyTutor works so well, but at the end of the day, your coach is leading you to eat better and exercise. It's not a matter of taking a pill. It's not a matter of adhering to an unhealthy or questionable diet. You're going about your health in a way that's safe and sustainable, and you have someone who's rooting for you the entire way. It's so simple, yet so effective.

Working with MyBodyTutor has been life-changing. For my entire adult life, I believed there was something fundamentally wrong with me, my body, and my metabolism. No matter how hard I tried, diets that worked for others would only work for me for a few weeks at most, resulting in the loss of a few pounds. And over the years, I tried them all! Out of desperation, I would turn to extreme measures that led to rapid but very temporary weight loss, and I ended up in a decades-long cycle of yo-yoing the same 10–20 pounds. The biggest shift for me wasn’t just losing 30 pounds (which I’ve kept off!), but releasing the deeply rooted belief that I was broken. With my amazing coach’s support and the MyBodyTutor system, I’ve learned not only what works for me but also how to trust myself and my body. My relationship with food has transformed. I’ve stopped fighting it and have found lasting peace and freedom. I finally feel empowered — not only in how I eat but in how I see myself. This isn’t a temporary change; it’s a paradigm shift. Adam, I used to be terrified of the holidays. In just a few months of working with my coach, I could feel that the change that was happening in my mind and my body was a different type of change than I have experienced on other weight loss programs. The personal attention and the focus on mindset and holistic healthy habits does its slow and steady job of producing lasting change that doesn't require scales, measuring, strict lists, or unattainable exercise plans. The plan and change fit ME, what I was capable of and willing to commit to, and therefore it WORKED!

I love this program. The intensive daily coaching and accountability around mindset work is what’s been missing from every other program I’ve done previously, so I am all in on this. It's helped me gain a sense of control over food and helped me end the nighttime binges. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!
