The daily feedback from a tutor IS THE #1 factor that makes this program different from the rest. I shopped around for different coaching programs and not having daily feedback lead me to so many slip ups throughout the week. In addition, MyBodyTutor includes weekly calls with your tutor (coach). I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

After struggling for over 2 years with increasingly negative cycles of "trying" and "failing" to manage my eating habits in the aftermath of COVID, I was unbelievably grateful to find My Body Tutor. It's the only program I've ever seen that focuses on what I call "sober eating" - changing how you relate to food and building consistency so that you're no longer at the mercy of every impulse or trying to make your feelings go away by over-indulgence. There are no right and wrong foods. Instead there's an emphasis on planned and balanced eating that made a huge difference for me. The daily feedback and encouragement of my coach was a game changer! Heather was unfailingly supportive and helpful, and full of great tips to keep my eating on track. This program changes your way of thinking, not just your way of eating

Before I started MyBodyTutor, I wasn't sure if I would be able to eat without fear of losing control or if I could focus on progress, not perfection. That was 5 weeks ago, and I truly have discovered that I can do both of these things. That is mighty empowering and freeing from decades of food bondages. I thank God for MyBodyTutor, an answer to prayer for me, for the opportunity to redefine my relationship with food. Adam, thank you for your passion and vision you continue to put into MyBodyTutor. I loved the MyBodyTutor program because it didn’t put me on a specific diet, but taught me the basics of nutrition instead. That knowledge, tied with my tutor’s accountability, made it easy to make the necessary changes as I lost 16kg.

My Body Tutor has been a game changer for me. I joined the program to lose weight and strengthen my body, but it delivered that and so much more. I had always felt that food had more control over me than I did over it. This led me to attempt various "all-or-nothing" diets and consistently failing and feeling defeated. My Body Tutor flipped this narrative for me. It helped me first to understand my relationship with food and then shift my mindset of how I viewed it. The habits, tips and tricks I learned through the program were transformational and will stay with me forever. I now feel completely in control of my diet and coming off the program I am confident I have the knowledge and tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. This program doesn't just focus on the scale, it focuses on the psychology around eating and that is why I believe it can be anyone's last weight loss program. I am so grateful to have found it and I highly recommend it!

My experience with MyBodyTutor has been nothing short of stellar, and it's still the only system that has really driven results for me. In particular, my tutor Matt is attentive, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm someone who has read nutrition facts from a young age, and I've worked with trainers at gyms on and off over the past 15 years. I'm used to seeing quick results once I build momentum, but almost every time I gain the weight back. When I joined MyBodyTutor, I was 235lbs and quite unhappy with my weight after a highly stressful year personally + professionally. I knew what I needed to do in order to lose weight (I've always known), but the problem was DOING IT and MAINTAINING IT. Enter MyBodyTutor, Matt, and Adam. Between the daily/weekly content and the daily reporting cadence, I learned how to change my entire mentality around eating. When I veered off track, Matt was always there to talk me down and steer me back on track. Ultimately I lost 25lbs and, approaching 1yr later, have kept it all off. I feel much healthier, my eating and movement habits feel sustainable, and I'm looking forward to slowly reducing my weight from here towards my goal.

MyBodyTutor is the easiest weight adjustment program I have ever been on. The process is working. I'm consistently shedding weight each and every day. The other thing I love about this process is cutting out the emotional eating. No one ever explained it to me like this before. Such simplicity. So easy to follow. No counting calories, no stressing over what I eat. Thank you for this programme. It's the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me. I've done weight watchers, noom, carbohydrates addict diet, protein only diet . . .you name it I've done it. This is the ONLY SUSTAINABLE process I have found so far.

My tutor, Jaema, is great! She's very encouraging and has real world suggestions. MyBodyTutor has caused changes in other habits that I didn't even think were related to health and fitness. I like that the term "movement" is used instead of "exercise". It's less daunting, and actually fun. I've found some very fun and effective ways to incorporate movement into my daily schedule. I also like that there is no fixed meal plan. I'm discovering healthy ways of eating that work best for my lifestyle. Although the weight loss will take time, my energy and outlook have vastly improved with MyBodyTutor. Thank you!

By the time I joined MyBodyTutor, I had tried nearly every weight loss program that exists over the course of my life - some with more healthy approaches than others. WeightWatchers, MediWeightLoss, Slimfast, various fad diets like South Beach or low carb diets ... you name it and I have probably tried it at some point, and maybe even lost weight for a short time only to gain it back and then some. I had even tried a private weight loss clinic that included a doctor, psychiatrist, nutritionist, etc. as part of the team. At the time I joined MyBodyTutor, I had reached a weight I had never imagined I'd reach, and not only was I not managing to lose any weight - I was still gaining a little weight all the time. I was terrified of what my future might be like if I continued on this trajectory, but not hopeful that anything would work. When I read about MyBodyTutor and decided to look into it, I called the number expecting to get an automated message or a salesperson. Instead, Adam picked up the phone himself and we had a brief but memorable conversation. He was honest, straightforward, but passionate about this program, and he told me that if I dedicated myself, I could find a sustainable way to lose weight and keep it off. My MBT coach Jessica (who is fantastic), has helped me understand why I overeat and eat unhealthy foods. I still have a lot of work to do, but I've lost about 50 pounds so far!! I'm so thankful that I found this company and this program. I spent a lot of time debating whether to do this before I dove in - I was afraid to hope for success. I'm so glad that I took the chance, because it is really paying off.

MyBodyTutor just works. I have done A LOT of personal growth work - 3 day seminars, year long courses, coaching training, 10-day meditation retreats, CBT, EMDR, the list goes on and on and on. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, working with Margeaux and MyBodyTutor was the most transformational experience of my life. How could that be? How could it be that with a lower out of pocket expense and a less aggressive approach I could have MORE change? It took some reflection but this is what I have realized - working with Margeaux and MyBodyTutor changed my identity and changing my identity made it easy and natural to change my actions, and as I those changes have rippled out to all areas of my life. Prior to MyBodyTutor, I spent years (really decades) looking for, investing and believing in silver bullets and quick fixes. I relied on will power and strengthened my ability to do short-term, intense and unsustainable challenges, mostly yielding short-term results that in hindsight perpetuated yoyo dieting, yoyo workouts, trying all the trends, hoping that I would "get there" and then could stop working so hard. This time was different - I didn't want a quick fix, I didn't want to lose 35lbs in 3 months, I didn't want to magically become a different person, and I wasn't doing it alone. I wanted to steadily improve. I wanted to make a change that would last a lifetime. I wanted to become someone who honored their body like a temple and prioritized their health. Margeaux helped me do just that. Our initial goals were simple - walk 5000 steps a day, track my food, sleep 7 hours a night and drink half my body weight in ounces of water a day. From there we worked up to consistent exercise, increased movement, lifting weights, and improving my diet. During our work together I lost 14 lbs that I have easily kept off for over 6 months, I stopped binge/emotional eating, I effortlessly stopped drinking - something that I had toyed with the idea of for about 10 years, but struggled to pull the trigger on. I found out that my body has a strong immune response to gluten and that it's bad for my long term health and immediately cut it out of my diet - with ease. I stopped snacking, which can be hard when you work from home, and started eating balanced mini-meals, and prioritizing protein as my goals shifted to building muscle. Most importantly, I stopped beating myself up and started being compassionate and loving toward myself. I have started doing the work to have the life I want. I am confident, resilient and hopeful in areas of my life that I was depressed and hopeless about because I now know what it looks and feels like to do the work, day in and day out. My identity has shifted to someone who prioritizes their goals and goes after what they want every day. All through my journey, Margeaux was there - reminding me of my goals, reflecting my progress back to me, cheering me on when I felt weak or needed to celebrate a win that I couldn't see, and guiding me toward the next step on my path to growth. MyBodyTutor was what I needed when I needed it and I will forever be grateful for the growth, love and guidance that was so generously poured into me.

I was struggling with staying consistent with my diet, and I was hoping to be able to lose 20 stubborn pounds. I chose MyBodyTutor because I needed a coach who could provide accountability. I lost about 25 lbs. I am at the weight I want to maintain and feel that I have the tools needed to maintain it. I like the focus on eating when hungry and being careful not to eat excessive amounts for emotional reasons. I like the personal feel. My coach actually seemed to care about me as a person. It's a great program -- highly recommended!

I lost 10 pounds with the help of my coach at MyBodyTutor! I know these are lifetime pounds that aren’t coming back. It has been so wonderful learning how to listen to my body and eat a sustainable balanced diet that doesn’t feel like a diet at all!! Highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

Before MyBodyTutor, I was struggling with a lot of false starts. I would start a diet, and then a couple weeks later, I was back to my bad habits. I was really having a hard time staying committed to my goal to lose weight. I have had a lifetime of success and failures as it relates to my weight. In this last year, I had tried all that I had tried before with no success. I know what it takes to lose weight, the mechanics. After some real deliberation and false starts, I decided what I really needed was someone to help me get out of my head and figure out how to approach this without a ‘diet’ mentality but with a life change approach. I did a search online to find coaching options that would provide some accountability, and that's when I found MyBodyTutor. I was ready to sign up, but I had insecurities because I found them online with no recommendations. I had not heard of this level of service, and I had not heard of MyBodyTutor. Equally important, I was skeptical about the coaches. My past experience with having a coach was unfortunately not positive. While the coaches were nice, they did not give me the impression that they had the education or experience to really help me. What I wanted to make sure of with MyBodyTutor was what qualifications they required when hiring their coaches and how they assign them. I wanted to make sure I had a coach that was qualified to actually coach me. Additionally, I wanted a coach who knew what I was going through. I am now 30 pounds lighter. Not only was I able to lose the weight I wanted to lose, but my coach helped me develop the skills to make those life changes in order to keep it off. We worked on mindfulness. Being able to listen to my body letting me know when I’m really hungry and when I’m full. The importance of eating slowly and being present with each bite. One thing that I struggle with is self-talk. I found that it is really important to change the way we talk to ourselves. I am my harshest critic. I have always thought of food in terms of bad and good. When I’m bad, I might as well be bad, and then before I know it, I’m completely off the rails. I worked with my coach to try and stop thinking of food in terms of bad and good, it is just food. Allow yourself to indulge, and be kind to yourself when you do. It is just food, and you can choose to have it without feeling bad about it. Then perhaps it won’t derail you from your overall goal.

I had lost 50 lbs but I had been stuck for about a year and a half. I was seeing my weight begin to creep up, and I was scared I was rebounding. MyBodyTutor was really my last hope, as I didn't know what else to do since what had worked stopped working. My friend told me about MyBodyTutor, and honestly, I was skeptical. I had concerns about whether the program was credible, and I was just mentally exhausted from trying SO many other things. I kept asking myself, "What makes this one different?" But, despite my doubts, I hoped that this would truly work and be the last program I would need. With the help of my wonderful coach, I am down almost 20 lbs and closer than ever to my goal--something I've never done in my lifetime of losing weight. I know I can continue making progress now that I have the tools I need, and if I ever need her, my coach is there for additional support. I feel like the changes I've made are now my daily habits, so my eating and movement is natural and what I want to do for me every day. MyBodyTutor helped me focus on what I needed to do for ME. My coach helped me try different things, to tweak what I was doing, and to help me see success again. If you're truly ready to put in the work needed to make lasting change, this program works! It's not easy, it's not a quick fix, but it does work. The support I've received and the insights I've gained from working with someone who took time to help me figure things out made all the difference. I have recommended MyBodyTutor to others and have heard wonderful things from their experiences too. If you're ready, do this!!!
