I'm thrilled to be down 8lbs in the first week; it is very motivating. What I was having real issues with, prior to joining MBT, is consistency. I would have a few good days and then I would binge for a few days. The more I did this, the less I wanted to even try for good days. It just didn't seem possible. So I was really looking for something that would hold me accountable so I could get past just a few days and also for a program where when I went off the rails, there would be someone to calm me and get me going again without losing days, weeks, or months, in-between. The accountability is key and it was my "missing" ingredient.
