I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I feel like I'm catching on to MBT's way of thinking... My tutor seems to be more impressed if I've made a good choice, ie an apple over a muffin or veggies over chips, than if the scale is coming down. It's quite enlightening that the fact that I made a conscious choice for the better is more worthy of praise than actual pound down. (I'm sure I didn't read all the fine print when I signed up :) It's the whole mindset thing. I'm very pleased with this. It feels so much more hopeful than any diet I've ever tried! (PS I don't call this a diet:)
