MyBodyTutor has helped me totally reestablish my relationship with my food and my body and even my mindset. The accountability of having a tutor respond to you everyday really helps you make progress toward your goals and quickly. They are also realistic to the real world. It's not just chicken breast and broccoli. I learned how to enjoy indulgent foods in small amounts, I never had to give them up. I could have that ice cream, but I learned to make it special and not mindless. My new relationship with food and what it meant to eat when hungry and stop when satisfied (not full) lead me to lose almost 20 pounds before adding any exercise. I didn’t have energy to exercise before but when I lost that weight, I found that I craved movement and lost 10 more pounds.
