I tried all of the popular fad diets. Some worked, but none worked for good. When you know someone is looking at everything you put in your mouth, you eat differently and better. *As long as you're honest!
The thing is, you don't know what you're truly struggling with until you have an expert (like Heather, my body tutor) explain the pitfalls and actions that are counter-productive to your goals. I never doubted I could lose the weight; I just needed direction on how to live a nutritious and sustainable lifestyle.
When I joined MyBodyTutor, my goal was to get out of the 140s, where I had been for YEARS. I worked with Heather twice over 2 years, taking a pause once for a couple of months only to return a second time because I wasn't ready to be completely on my own. Why? Because accountability works!

Heather was a much-needed teacher, advisor, confidant, and ultimately, a friend. The best way to describe it is that Heather had my back, ALWAYS!
For anyone considering MyBodyTutor, my best advice is to be 100% honest about what you eat and know that your tutor does not judge you. They won't succeed unless you succeed, they genuinely want to help.
