I've enjoyed the process so far and feel like I am making meaningful changes to my eating and nutritional habits by incorporating new tools developed with my coach. With other plans, I found that my follow-through and execution diminished after the first month. With MyBodyTutor, I feel like I'm as engaged and eager to change today as I was when I started a few months ago, and that new habits will lead to lasting change. I highly recommend the program!
