My tutor, Jaema, is great! She's very encouraging and has real world suggestions. MyBodyTutor has caused changes in other habits that I didn't even think were related to health and fitness. I like that the term "movement" is used instead of "exercise". It's less daunting, and actually fun. I've found some very fun and effective ways to incorporate movement into my daily schedule. I also like that there is no fixed meal plan. I'm discovering healthy ways of eating that work best for my lifestyle. Although the weight loss will take time, my energy and outlook have vastly improved with MyBodyTutor. Thank you!
