Before I started MyBodyTutor, I wasn't sure if I would be able to eat without fear of losing control or if I could focus on progress, not perfection. That was 5 weeks ago, and I truly have discovered that I can do both of these things. That is mighty empowering and freeing from decades of food bondages.
