In just a few short weeks my mindset completely changed. As I had hoped it would; my relationship with food completely changed. Through many great conversations with my coach Emily and all of the resources made available through the My Body Tutor portal, I finally began to think of food as fuel and not just something to turn to when I am bored or as a convenience. Though weight loss is always nice my specific goal was to just feel better and have more energy throughout the day. I did lose weight too though! I am not much of a scale person but more about how my clothes fit and what a great feeling when you can go back to wearing pants that you've kept in the closet just knowing that you'll get there one day. Feeling better and having more energy has reignited my desire to exercise more when in turn helps me with overall sleep and stress. It's a full circle lifestyle improvement where mindfulness has become the biggest factor in my daily routine. Understanding how one decision can trickle down to other decisions; bad or good is a valuable tool to living right and feeling amazing. Adam and the My Body Tutor team have an outstanding playbook here and I would highly encourage anyone who needs a little accountability in their lives to give it a try...they won't be disappointed!
