After having two kids, I felt like my goals were too difficult to achieve. I thought I knew what to do but after a few weeks of trying to reset my goals I would fall back into my normal habits over and over. I really needed someone by my side to help me learn long term tools that would last. I did exercise but a lot of my eating was emotional or just because, which would derail any exercise I did. I needed a better balance. The one on one attention and having constant support got me to succeed at my goals and actually well surpass them.

I am healthier, stronger, and fitter than I have ever been in my life. With the tools I learned from my coach, I feel confident with my daily food and exercise choices and know the choices I make are going to make me feel good.
